I love East Coast Wings! I used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, but after my business partner introduced me to East Coast. Their... wings have more meat on them and more flavors to choose from. We had a late dinner Tuesday. We stopped in to east coast around9. They were busy we ate at the bar. We has 10 wings. The voodoo bbq and thia chili both delicious. I placed an order at 12:30 day of ( 7/30) for my 50 wing order and confirmed I needed to have the order picked up by 2:30. At... 2:30 I called to confirm id be running late and asked if my order was ready. They confirmed it would be ready within 5-10minutes. I arrive at the restaurant and the hosts ( who also seems to be the one taking orders) first gives me the wrong orderin front of the person it truly belonged to. She eventually realized they never put my order in and gets the manager. Themanager gave a very nonchalant oops type apology. I called the same number I?d been calling all day to confirm I?d called thecorrect store. She offered nothing for the inconvenience after I explained I?m now 30 minutes late to a party. I had to ask tobe compensated free fries for waiting due to their mistake. It wasn?t even busy in the store this day. Mistakes happen but I?mgoing to need y?all to be ready to accommodate your customers when they happen and not walk around oblivious to avoidconfronting the mistake wasting even more time. Read more

Wings are always on point and Kamikaze is best flavor HANDS DOWN! I would ask that the staff pay closer attention to the... requests for extra or multiple sauces that have been paid for. Stopped by after a appointment and this was my first time visiting this location. I ordered some Nachos and traditional wings... and when I got home I noticed that the chips from nachos were dark brown as if it was refried and covered in grease. I alsonoticed fries on the top of my nacho chips as if it was just dumped in there. I decided to call the following day to explain tothe manager what I found and unfortunately I was not given the chance to express my feelings or concerns and what I found on myorder that I paid for. If you are operating a food business you need to be careful in what you give to a paying customer. Tomake my experience worse he was so rude to tell me "ma'am you don't make mistakes? I don't care if you don't return , I lose nomoney over you". I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. I can't believe a MANAGER spoke to me this way instead of resolving theissue. I will definitely not return and due to the unsanitary environment this place is handling food with a rude manageroperating this place, I DO NOT recommend anyone coming to this place! I just got a 5 piece this time. Their wings are bigger than BWW, they carry a lot of different flavors, but I believe BWW allows... you to try more sauces per 5 wings. Wings are always cooked thoroughly. I always try a different flavor when I stop by. I'm nota super fan of the fries and I haven't tried anything else outside of the wings. Read more
