I had a great experience my first time and will be going back again. Everything I had was excellent from the appetizer to the... authentic curry and the fried rice my friend had was the best I've had. Very friendly staff. A little expensive but inflation ishitting restaurants petty hard as well, and food here is a premium over other similar places. Read more

Wow. SO much flavor in every dish we had. Taj Mahal beer complemented the food very well. This restaurant is so delicious I’d... go back tomorrow! Excited to try all the other menu items. (And what a friendly staff!) Update: I went back the next day. Thechicken drumsticks are amazing. Chicken Kanthmandu fried rice is out of this world. You need to try this place Read more

This is an under the radar delicious Nepali restaurant. Service is always excellent. All their food is prepared daily and made... to order. You can dictate your spice level if you are a scaredy cat. We tried the curry goat, paneer, momos, samosa chaat, lambsekuwa, mango chana chaat. Everything I would order again. Don't forget chai! Read more

If you're looking for Nepali food in Charlotte, it's not easy to find, which is how we ended up here. We went with friends and... shared: - Samosa Chaat - Mango Chana Chaat - Veg Momos - Lamb Sekuwa - Khasi ko Masu - Gaeng Garee (paneer) - Hariyo Khorsani(chicken) - Garlic Bread My favorite dishes were the Momos and Khasi ko Masu. The goat was very tender and the sauce wasflavorful. My next favorite dishes were the Mango Chana Chaat and Gaeng Garee. They gave enough seating for 4 people totaloutside which we were happy to take. If you're looking for Nepali food in Charlotte, check this spot out. Read more

A discovery of a quaint dinning place. Perfect place to have a quiet family dinning experience or a place for a nice date ... without the mundane hustle-bustle of being rushed. You can dine in or take out. They even have on-line ordering. Somethingfor everyone. The food is absolutely amazing. Very generous portions. A lot of Menu choices. Quality, freshness &presentation is spot on. We ate in and the front staff was so welcoming & nice. Fast service & adequately staffed. Realutensils & plating. Cloth napkins. Nothing plastic. Comfortable dinning. Very clean with zero dirty or uncleared tables. They have a great collection of wines and beer. One of the owners was present in dinning area and personally greeted diners. They are locally owned, So it’s nice to support a nice family. Highly recommend. Read more

We first came to Everest Bistro in August and really liked it. We had initially ordered to go but decided to dine in. The owner... was really nice and brought us extra plates and cups. We ordered chicken chowmein, chicken momo, samosa chat and chatpate. Iremember everything tasting delicious so we decided to go again. They must have changed the chef or something because we werereally disappointed. We ordered the same things again: chicken chowmein, chicken momo, samosa chat and chatpate. First thing Inoticed was that the chatpate was significantly smaller portion and looked different from before. Also, it was mostly puffedrice with very little potatoes and crunchy noodles. I got medium spicy chowmein, but it lacked spice and flavor. The momos werefine and the samosa chat was mostly yogurt with very little samosa so we felt like we didn’t get our moneys worth. Our serverwas nice and looked like he was the only one working. We had gone in the second time with really high expectations but weresadly let down. Read more
