every single time I go in this specific location I am amazed with their attitude and service and manners and professionalism.... Will always say ?yes/no ma?am? even though I am probably younger than all of them. Always super nice. They take ?you got time tolean, you got time to clean? and sprint. Someone is always refilling snacks or the drink machine or making the place lookneater. Nothing is out of place or messy. I had one time where they completely messed up my order and I went in and theyapologized and immediately made me a new one. Lunch today at Firehouse Subs in Waverly was outstanding. The visit started with a friendly greeting by the counter person. He... proceeded to be extremely interactive during the order to make sure my sub was built to exact specifications. He recommended thecombo for the best value. One of the workers appeared to be a young man and made my sandwich horrendously. I normally lean towards firehouse subs because... they are clean and correct. This location for Firehouse Subs always makes the sandwiches good from my experience. It?s pretty close by to where I live as... well so it?s quite convenient for me. Service is great when you go inside from what I have seen. They welcome everyone whoenters the door which I find quite nice. I usually donate to help out their cause too since they help firefighters withlifesaving equipment and all. I like the design and atmosphere inside as it?s reminiscent of a firehouse with the equipmentthey have and the style of the restaurant. Take out subs are usually prepared fast and can be enjoyed the same or next day. I?drecommend this place if you want something quick for lunch or dinner. Read more
