Very slow service with four people behind the counter and 8 people waiting for orders. Been here for about 30minutes. Gentleman... next to me had the same sandwich made wrong three times. The worst customer service I have ever seen. After waiting 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge that we had walked in to the... restaurant. I left. Because I could tell that she was not going to help me. And there was only one lady in the restaurant thatwas waiting. I have never seen such obvious and intentional disrespect to a customer ever. I did take a video of her ignoring me for the last 6 minutes. Cause I thought no one will believe That someone could be that rude. Worst service I've ever seen anywhere. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude, not just to us but to everyone that walked... in. My fiancee said she wanted a steak and cheese with lettuce, tomato, and mayo 3 times. She gets her sub and it's a steak andcheese with marinara sauce on it!? I don't even know how you do something like that and not question it... We take it back up toget it corrected. We tell her again that it was lettuce, tomato, and mayo. A couple minutes goes by and they hand the sandwichback. This time it's just steak and cheese with nothing else on it! Again we take it back up and said lettuce, tomato, and mayo!She mumbles "That's not what you said!". Like this was 3pm on a Sunday, it wasn't busy! They weren't overwhelmed! I don't knowhow someone at a sandwich shop messes up lettuce, tomato, and mayo so badly. Finally after it's corrected, she starts working onanother order and says loudly "Jesus, help me!" Read more
My dental office is right across the street, so I decided to give them a try. I had the warm jerk turkey sandwich and chicken &... dumpling soup. While the sandwich was very delicious I didn?t taste any jerk seasoning or sauce-ugh disappointed. The soup wasgood as well. The service was super slow, I mean really slow. Read more
Spent my entire lunch break waiting for a sandwich... It took 8 minutes for someone to walk up to the register, I ordered at... 11:50 and didn't get my sandwich til 12:20. No manager ever walked out to help even tho they called for them and this isn't anisolated event, it takes forever when you order thru UberEATS and they get my order wrong every time. I love Firehouse but untilthey build another one closer to me, I'm done. Read more
As a first timer, the food was good. Menu had a lot but I choose one on the board rather than custom made (should had done... custom). Staff was friendly and got a free drink for doing survey. Overall, a good experience here. Read more
At lunch time, it was a little chaotic in the store, but the staff was both pleasant and efficient (quick). The Italian... sandwich was excellent (as always). The drink machine ran out of Dr. Pepper, but the team quickly restocked the machine so thatI was able to fill my cup by the time my sandwich was ready. This is NOT the place for your lunch break. We waited over 45 minutes for our subs. They chose to fill the 15 online orders... before all the in-store orders. This is the worst service location. Sorry, but you guys need to figure out a much better andmore effective system to accommodate the online and in-store orders separately. Yes, staffing is an issue these days, but in themean time something needs to get implemented for more satisfied customers. We will not come back. Read more
