The ordering process specifically asks whether you want your order handed to you or left outside. I asked for it to be handed to... me. It was left on the step they didn't even ring the doorbell. I won't be ordering from there again. Read more
Can't make a sandwich correctly.... This location messed up my sandwich my last order. Decided to give them another chance...and... I'm sorry I did. My Italian sub had no Italian dressing or spicy mustard, which is typically on there. When I went back in toask for a side of each to make the sandwich myself, the girl in dark brown ponytail and a black hat started arguing with me. Sheclaimed she put in on there, however, please note my pics... proving otherwise. Then she threw the condiments at me and startedmuttering under her breath with some rude comment. So moral of the story, if you want your order to be messed up every time andget attitude from staff with every visit, then please order here. If not, I would not suggest this location!! Read more
Firehouse Subs at the Arboretum is the only place I go to get my sandwiches. The staff is always nice and greet me as I enter.... The manager are always great to take to and run a great store. I do not usually have mishaps, but when I do its user error andthe managers always help to make it right. Thank You to the best sub ship in Charlotte. Read more
Had a great lunch here today! Quick service, clean restaurant and good value for what you get! Their new meatball sub with... pepperoni on the garlic bread was great and I?m usually not a fan of meatballs! Plus they had a nice coke freestyle machine! Read more
Hit or miss. I love firehouse subs but this isn?t the first time a problem occurs. I ordered on the mobile app 2 sandwiches. The... veggie sub was just lettuce, tomato, and 5 olives?? The description literally says bell peppers, mushrooms, provolone cheese,Monterey Jack, and cheddar cheese. There?s no sign of cheese. I asked the woman who was there if this was my order, and she said? I guess?. My number was on the receipts so that confirmed it. The engineer is a favorite of ours. There was no sign ofturkey, or mushrooms, or cheese for that matter. UPDATE: After addressing my concerns and showing my receipt, the managerstepped up and apologized. She mentioned that there was a new person on the line. She offered to redo it for me. Much better thesecond time and I checked it, much better! Read more
Great place to eat. Fresh as always here with friendly staff as well. I would have it a 5 but they didn't have "Gator Hammock".... A staple is the hot sauce they have here oh; and helping out with the first responder community. Always down to donate a fewdollars here as well. Read more
