I was very unhappy with the service. It was towards closing time and it was very slow. I had to leave in a hurry to catch my bus... but while I was eating I noticed an extreme amount of salt on my French fries. The girl stood there and poor innumerable amountof salt on my food. I called the telephone number and it sent me straight to voicemail. The service here is very poor so I willno longer be returning. The worst Five Guys experience ever. No peanuts. Ketchup dispensers both empty. We were the only customers and it still took 30... minutes to get our food. And then when others came in and ordered they left our food on the prep tables until all the otherorders were done and gave them all together. And the workers were very rude Horrible! Read more
The burgers are made fresh. Nothing frozen about this beef. It was delicious. We ordered 4 burgers and a large fry. That large... fry was enough for all 4 of us. Very clean place too! I got a few good picks. Read more
The prices are very high, much higher than I remembered pre pandemic and compared with Boston. Over $7 for a small cheese... burger and $3.99 for small fries. It is a fast food, no service joint afterall! Read more

Five Guys food has always been great but expensive. The reason the rating is the location and terrible parking even for getting... a to go order. There are a couple of spots for 20 min managed by Preferred Parking but you will get a ticket even before the 20min is up. There is a parking deck but it is $7. Not planning on going back to this location. Read more
