My 5-star review is not for the burgers, which are too expensive and not as delicious as their competitors. The fries are... definitely excellent, they have large portions, the potato are sourced from American farms, and it have excellent quality. Total letdown. Burger was cheap and salty. Fries were doused in salt. Hot dog and milk shake were decent.
Food are usually very tasty. Customer service is typically fast and friendly. Unfortunately I agree with most on the pricing. I... tend to avoid spending $20+ on lunches so ordering here is getting more rare for me. Read more
Loved this place until last couple of months. Ordered same thing 3 times in the last 10 days Cheeseburger Fries Milkshake All... three times, did not receive milkshake and food arrives cold. Usually pretty amazing, this time fries were SO soaked in oil I couldn't eat them. Been eating 5 guys for 8 years now on a... regular basis. This place was junk. What really got me was I was thirsty, always order a regular sized drink. Out of regularsized cups. So was forced to pay for a large drink. Hey look, eat the 20 cents and charge me for a regular if that's what Iordered. It's the principal of the matter. Read more
