Had a rough night and just wanted some chicken lo mein. Took a chance here and had to leave a 5 star review because It exceeded... my expectations. HUGE portions, great prices. Chicken lo mein was one of the best I’ve had in Charlotte, boyfriend got beefand broccoli and really liked It! Spring rolls were okay but the crab Rangoon was delicious as well. Normally this place is amazing. The young man that took my order on the phone was rather rude and lacked all customer service... skills. The food was not hot. And the Mongolian beef had next to no beef it's all onions and water chestnuts. The pineapplechicken fried rice had about five pieces of chicken. And the shrimp lo mein had about six pieces of the smallest shrimppossible. I'm very sad that I have to leave a one-star review. This used to be our favorite place to eat. I will never eat hereagain. The food was just really really bad. The chicken wings had to refried (maybe more than once) in old oil, and were very dry. The... rice had many grains that were raw. The crispy scallion chicken was also bad with very large chunks of chicken. We could not eat90% of the wings. It was a waste of money. Read more
This isn't our normal Asian go to takeout place but we wanted to try something different. We were pretty disappointed by the... food. My go to order for takeout regardless of the place is typically general tso chicken. The chicken here was pretty cold whenwe got home (10 min drive). My wife's meal had no real flavor and a ton of breading on the chicken. The brown rice just tastedlike white rice with a bunch of soy sauce mixed in. We also ordered crab rangoons as an appetizer, there was barely any fillingin them and they were dried out, tasted like they had been microwaved. We will probably just stick with our traditional spot(tastes much better). If you try here I hope you have a better experience. Read more
The General Tso's chicken and Cashew Chicken were absolutely delicious. Cooked fresh and huge portions. Reasonably priced. ... More of a take out place than dine in but there is seating if you prefer. Read more
Golden Coast II is always a great meal. Everyone in our family loved their dinner, and we always have food leftover for the next... night. Yes, it can be pricey, but when you get several meals out of it, it’s worth it. I’d recommend it to anyone! Read more

I... ordered HOUSE egg foo young (pork shrimp and chicken) it has 1 shrimp and 1 piece of pork the rest is onion and egg (after Itold them this same thing happened last time) I came here because they had great food but my last two experiences have been BAD.On top of that I ordered pork fried rice and chicken wings and got plain brown rice and drive alllllllll the way there for themto fix it and they only made me new rice as if the chicken wasn’t cold by the time I had to drive there after paying fordelivery.
