Menu is broad, food was fantastic. Just work on training your new hires (or possibly all wait staff - I can only speak from a... single visit) NOT to ask ?and what would you like as your side with that?? and then charge full price for the side item. Askedto our entire group, but only half of the group?s meal apparently came with a complimentary side. Will give the benefit of thedoubt and blame the newness of the employee rather than point fingers at the process. But that?s just a minor thing that shouldnever occur. Will certainly return! Always great food, always great service! The cheesy grits are SOOO good.
Consistently average or just below average. Tables are always sticky from the cleaner they use which is a huge drag. It feels... dirty even though they're clean. I would say great for beers and a sports game, not so much for food. Read more
Beware! You may get your meal. You may get it in an hour or more. You may get it after everyone in your party has eaten, or paid... and left. You may have to ask if they are still bringing your food. They may just bring your food in a to go box instead of aplate. The waitress won't tell you if they are having problems in the kitchen. The manager will come out and make up storiesabout stuff. Promises to get your food out right away, then cancels your food. Drinks don't get refilled in a timely manner.Food is overpriced. Service is mediocre at best. Waitress spilled chips on the floor outside the kitchen door and never cameback to pick them up so piles of crushed chips were being tracked all over the floor. Managers and wait staff have no concept ofmaking things right. So beware or avoid this place! Update: The owner reached out asking for more details on my experience. Ireplied via email. But the address that the owner put in his reply to my review bounced back with a "no such user" error. Iguess their email works as well as their kitchen. Read more
I had the worst chicken wings I ever tasted. For $19 dollars there were no sauce on the wings, the sauce was place under the... half portion of soggy fries. Read more
We have been waiting for over 45min and still no service we went to the bar when first arrived cause the wait was long and got... our drinks the women that was supposed to be serving us rudely ignored us and took other people table that was either all readyseated or was seated way after us I will never be going back or recommending this place to anyone. We did get one good waiterafter complaining to the manger. Read more
The customer service is amazing! Nikki and the hostess were awesome!! HOWEVER, I do not recommend ordering steak. I ordered... medium, but what I received was definitely rare. I sent it back once, it came back the same. Finally, I just decided to box itup and take it home to finish cooking it myself. The manager, who I did not personally speak with agreed that it was not cookedproperly (from what I was told), but was generous enough to offer $5 off my meal. Read more
The place was live and fun! They had trivia night with music and a host that was energetic and encouraged you to play. The food... was good. I had the Merica burger that was good. Service was a bit slow, and our server was not as energetic as hercounterparts, but she was ok. Overall, great experience! Read more
