Sigh. Clearly, mgmt has provided the staff with little training. The place was less than 1/4 full but we still waited 5+ minutes... before finally flagging down a server ourselves. Maybe we should have just waited silently, because the server was surly theentire time. We got to listen to a loud staff discussion about who was going to get to leave first. Then we waited 20+ minutesfrom the time we ordered for the cook to bring out the appetizer while telling us "it had only been 17 minutes." We heard thecook ring the bell for our wings twice before our server managed to tear herself away from the ongoing conversation with therest of the staff. The wings were good, but the fries were mummified, maybe because the server had to go back for them and thattook 5 more minutes. We had to ask for silverware for the boneless wings. The ketchup bottle on our table had nothing in it.When the server delivered the check, she picked up plates with food still on them, without asking. Visited family here and i must say this one of the best locations I've seen as far as beautiful women go hands down! But one... stood out amongst the pack her name was Patrice if I'm not mistaken. She greeted us kindly and we requested the bar where sheallowed us to go sit. But roughly 3 to 5 minutes pass and we were not even greeted by servers who were talking amongst eachother so we kindly walked back towards the initial greeters section where she sat us and gave us 5 star hooters services thatI'm used to back home in Chicago.. thanks guys Read more
Great place for wings and beer. Both bone-in and boneless wings served here. The grilled boneless wings tossed in a dry rub are... uotstanding. Cold frosted mugs severed with each pitcher. Wait staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We willreturn. Read more
Freezing inside, wasn't too clean, drinks from bar was great, mozzarella sticks was the only food fresh. And you see the burger... wasn't all the way done ( ate the bun and the extras) fries were not fresh, my bestfriend didn't enjoy the salad and shrimp.Bill $64 and did t even enjoy.. Read more
Ordered online for 2 people - time estimate until ready was 30mins. Arrive to pick up and only half the order was in the bag. So... I now have half an order that needs to be made fresh and the other half is cold which includes fries. Edit: Updated to 4 stars.The staff made up a fresh order of fries for us. 4 stars not 5 due to the time. Other than that Hooters wings are the best. Read more
The food was really good. But that was about the only positive... Unfortunately, Hooters isn't what it used to be. Service was... overall very slow from arrival including ordering food, where in my opinion there were too many delays. Even though it wasalmost empty. When we finally ordered our food, it took almost an hour to get it to us. First came an apology that the cook hadforgotten. Then they brought some of the food and we had to wait again for the rest. The experience was lousy, the prices high.Even the girls aren't what they used to be... I won't go here again. Read more
My first time at hooters. I liked the place and the staff were very friendly. Good menu options But I have had better burgers,... the bun was hard to chew on and the wings were over fried little bit. I LOVED THE CURLY FRIES tho. It could be just this orderthat the food was not the best. Will probably give it another try later or in another location. Thanks Stajja for the goodservice. Read more
I had the fried pickles the burger sliders and some wings. This is the weekend of Halloween so some of the waitresses were... dressed in their outfits Kayla was our service she did a good job.
