I?d rate 0 stars if possible. There?s always something with this location. Placed app order at 5:02 PM for pick up ASAP, I get... there and get to the speaker in the drive thru for them to tell me their system?s down. I had absolutely no clue, the app didn?tmention the location was having system issues. GEE, THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP. Read more

The food was good. I particularly enjoyed the cheeseburger and the pork eggroll. The chicken sandwich was also really good. We... enjoyed the meal overall. The staff was fine and got our order through quickly. The atmosphere was fine it's just that theydidn't clean all the tables, the floor still had wet floor signs, the drink dispenser was pretty much out of carbonation andthey had limited drink options. Upon arriving an employee was sitting in the dining area. He took our order and we went to sit down. Only 1, ONE clean table.... Drink was spilled most everywhere, fries littered the floor. While eating another employee sits in the dining area to talk onher cell. I'm sure this place does not meet Jack's standards. Read more

I hate this place. This is the longest wait I have ever had at any fast food place. I drove off twice because of the wait and I... wasn't the only one. I love jack in the box food but it's definitely not worth sitting more than 15 min waiting for food. I donot recommend this jack in the box to anyone. Read more

The black man that?s appears to be the manager who also takes orders. Actually dig in his hair a lot, then put his hands inside... the fries containers when fixing your fries without attempting to wash his hands. Also he?s constantly touching the buttons onthe register so gloves are needed badly. I use to work for this company years ago in S.C. and they didn?t allow this. They showall new employees videos of how they got sued year?s ago so they?re very careful now, but not this store. He needs to weargloves and change them regularly. That?s totally nasty. Read more

I came here July 11 at around 10:30ish and my boyfriend ordered a spicy chicken sandwich by it self with an egg roll and then... another spicy chicken sandwich but the second one was a meal. He repeated the order over 5 times to the black girl taking ordersand even when she repeated it correctly the 3rd time she still rung it up wrong, and when being told it was wrong she tried totell us that she had it right when she continued to ring it up wrong on the screen?When we proceeded to go to the next window myboyfriend was already upset because she had an attitude taking the order and still was not listening and had to have one of thewhite girls take the order after her? at the window she still had an attitude and the white girl tells us that it?s best if webasically just leave without paying for our food so we left we nothing because an employee couldn?t listen correctly. If shewould have just listened and out the order correctly words would have not been exchanged. I do not think I will be returninghere. Read more

I was in the area of a Jack in the Box and decided to try the new cheddar loaded cheeseburger. It was pretty good and... different. It's one burger joint I usually try to make it to whenever I'm in the area. There's always so much stuff on theirmenu. I always try to find something different to eat each time I go. Read more

I had one of the worst experiences on November 6, 2021. I ordered my food and pulled up to the window it took about 15 minutes... to even get there. Paid for my food and the worker at the window said everything was in the bag but I decided to pull up andcheck it, that is when I noticed they had left out a whole meal of chicken strips and fries so I pulled back through the windowtook another 15 minutes to get even get up there. The male at the window asked for my receipt which I had told him they nevergave me a receipt to begin with and it took another 10 minutes to get the missing food and then I headed home. Once I got home Ichecked the bag and noticed that they forgot 2 tacos as well. I also noticed all of the fry containers were filled a quarter ofthe way and when they asked me if I needed sauce at the window I just asked for ketchup. There was about 100 packets of ketchupin the bag most of which were open so it caused a huge mess, the tacos were covered in hot sauce and not edible , the chickensandwiches were drowned in melted cheese and therefore falling apart. I spent over $30 to get food that was inedible and cold.Employees need to be properly trained in how to present food to customers. Read more
