My family lives for Japanese food! After a long day at Carowinds we were starved and hopped over to eat at Japan 49. The food... and portion size was amazing! The flavor...everything was so good! My family and I came here Saturday night, the service SUCKED! The cook wasn’t friendly didn’t interact with us or the other... families at the table. I asked for mushrooms with my steak he told me it would come with my vegetables. Once he finished cookingI never got my mushrooms, I asked for them again he told me he couldn’t make separate orders.. I was confused but didn’twant to cause any issues. Once I received my check I was charged for the wrong items. The manager made me dig through my boxesto show him the food that I had. After telling me multiple times that I had already eaten the food that he charged me for. Theyare extremely racists and aren’t friendly people AT ALL! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Read more
