I absolutely love Jersey Mike?s subs. But the customer service there is horrible. First of all, no one greets you or ask you how... can they help you. They just stand there looking at you like a deer in headlights. Also they act like you?re inconveniencingthem even though I was the only customer in there. This has happened to me multiple times and I walked out without ordering. SoI give up. I won?t go back there. I don?t care how much I like whatever your business is selling, poor customer service is a bigturn off for me! All these fast food chains need customer service training!!???????? Read more
Very slow service and inexperienced staff. They also appeared more concerned about making the Uber and Doordash sandwiches then... about the customers in front of them. Quality of toppings was not to the Jersey Mikes standard and was wilted and soggy. I donot recommend this location for the price of Jersey Mikes sandwich as quality/service are sub-par at best. Jersey Mike's is a delicious sandwich place. I love how they slice all the meats and cheeses for you fresh right in front of... you. I get the chipolte chicken cheese steak with no peppers extra cheese A giant sub is like two meals and the service isalways good. Plus the rewards system is great and I have earned many a free sub. This isn't like Jersey Mike's in Jersey that's for sure. Where's the meat? Literally 2 thin shaved slices of ham, one thin slice... of salami and one thin slice of provolone with a bunch of lettuce. Disappointed would an understatement. Read more
