Ordered online. Confirmation was 6:42 pm. Arrived at 6:45 and order was not ready. I work 2nd shift and only get 39 min. for... lunch. Inside waiting for my pick up and it?s 7:20. Now I?m late clocking in and order still not ready. I asked for a refund andcancel order and associate responded that he did not know how to do that. First off when i walked in they were extremely busyi started to walk back out but i was hungry. There was a black lady (i think... manager)running the show she had the line moving very polite i ordered wrong when #56 didn't tell them exactly what I wanted butwas watching the guy fix it noticed he didn't put lettuce and tomatoes on it when I asked him he said it wasn't on the ticket sono he didn't but I wanted it on my sandwich no problem they both were very nice about making me happy and making my mistakeright i just really njoyed watching her/move that line as fast and friendly as the did . This place was pretty clean. The bathrooms were also clean. The staff was professional. I ordered a roast beef and provolone... cold sandwich. It was delicious. The staff maintain wearing masks and so did the customers. There's plenty of parking outside.And I had a good conversation with the cashier before I left. Kudos for well-trained staff. ???????? I've picked up orders from several locations for this franchise but this one location had to be the most annoying pick up... procedure that I have seen they had a pick up rack yet the employees refused to use it rather they withheld orders behind thecounter. Read more
