Well I just have to say that as a FIRST time patron of Any JIMMY JOHN'S®?, I can Only Hope the Customer Service Experience I... Had, IS NOT THE JIMMY JOHN'S STANDARD!? It was a lil different set up than the 'average' sandwich shop, at least that I haveexperienced and the staff seemed more Annoyed with my ignorance rather than Welcoming & Educating a "New" Customer. I ordered a#9 and the Beach Club/ Ticket said #6 Veg + Turkey & a #5.???? as the "unfamiliar" Customer, I Inquired; and If Looks CouldKill?! Excuse Me For Asking....Obviously the person making my subs understands, but who wouldn't just 'make sure'....I haven'teven tried my food yet, [here's hoping that will at least be good] but the Atmosphere, Hospitality and Attitude at 4717-1BSHARON RD CHARLOTTE Location is Rather Depressing!! Awful location. Do NOT go to this store, employees here forge tips, and the regional manager doesn't care because he doesn't get... to go on vacation much, so he can't be bothered to look into it. The manager dropped the ball big time here. Corporate wasbasically useless trying to solve this issue as well. Read more
I always pickup my food. I've never done delivery. But the pickup option works great. It's accurate, timely and tastes great. It... seems like the delivery option (at most places these days) could be dodgy, so perhaps just go get your own food. And I likeearning JJ Rewards Points. Update: I will miss you guys. Not your fault at my local shop, but for my recurring loyalty,corporate decided my reward this go round would be a side of avocado spread, 70 calories of green mush for which you typicallycharge $2. I'd rather have received nothing than this. Potbelly is more expensive, but their loyalty program actually gives backsomething one would want, a free sandwich. BEWARE! The manager never returned my call so I?m sure he won?t mind me sharing since he didn?t want me to share with him That I... got trash that made us sick. Also this location will skimp on giving you what you ordered but will gladly take your money.customer service isn?t a priority or an option. Skip the garbage juice they serve and go to jersey mikes across the street forreal food. Don?t say I didn?t warn ya! Oh and they just post to these reviews to look good. Some of the positive reviews arefakes to boost their review. the company or franchisee don?t do anything at all to resolve your issues especially if it made yousick. They actually ignore you. This store was very busy. We were in town for a wedding so we needed a quick lunch to tide us over. The help was great and asked... good questions. For as busy as they were we got our food fast. The food was good. I would give a 5 Star if there bread wasamazing and if they had a little more meat. Read more
Mixed bag! Always get great food! Our store is less than a mile from JJs. Scary fast service is the challenge. Sometimes we ask... for extra mayo and get none or ask for menus and get none. A few times it has taken 35 min to get the feast. Way to scary long.Sometimes it comes in less than 15 min. You just never know what type of wait your in for. They do say they are sorry when theyare late. Just quit calling it fast delivery then! Again the food is always top notch. :) Read more
