Do not patronize this location. Employee came in from outside trying to hold his pants up, never washed his hands. I dined in... and noticed five crew members all behind counter and in prep area eating, sticking hands in mouths while preparing drive thruorders never washed hands. If I may just put it plainly it?s utterly and completely horrible and despicable service and food quality here. I can?t remember... if I have ever experienced this much low quality in any fast food chain. The lady who was taking our order was rushing us as ifshe has to close the store right now even though it was nowhere near closing time. Once we got our order we found that the foodwas dry and we did not receive everything according to our order. We had to throw away most of the food because it was notedible. It costed us more than $18. What a waste of my time, money and food! This is going to be my last visit to KFC. Neveragain. Read more
This is my favorite fast food combo. I stopped after a flight last night about 10:45pm. The dining room is always unfortunately... closed that late and I usually don't stop because the drive through is always full and 4-8 cars deep. But I was hungry. When Igot to the order box, I was asked to hold. After several minutes, I said hello and the worker asked for my order like I had justpulled up even though there were six cars behind me! I asked for a burrito. Got no response. So I asked if they got my order andthey asked me to repeat it. Finally ordered and got a well made but smallish burrito. If they would open the dining room andstaff the store with people who are awake. They could double revenue in the evenings. It's a great place in the day. But thedrive through is always slow. No receipt given. The lil rude chic in the window act like it killed her to get me napkins and silverware to eat my pot pie(... duh) then asked for my receipt and smacked her lips. And went to dig it out of trash not washing her hands. I pulled off. Calledto speak to the manager with his dry apologize. Never again and will be calling corporate. Read more
03/27/2022 This and McDonald's right beside it are the only ones open nearby on a Sunday night, but I'm beginning to wonder why... I even come here. I ordered a chicken pot pie and instead got chicken bites on top of masked potatoes. The DT girl evenrepeated my order. I don't think she even knows what chicken pot pie looks like because she looked into the bag before handingit to me. Again, this place failed to give me a receipt so I don't even know if they rung up the correct item. Unlike otherplaces where management replies to reviews, this place has yet to comment on anything said about their service. I gave it 2stars for my visit a week ago (20 March), now it's down to 1 star. 03/20/2022 Service is friendly and polite. Biggest problemI have which has happened twice in this location, is that I didn't get a receipt both times. I tried calling the number on thedrive-thru window but says, "call cannot be completed". I ordered steak burrito one time but got some mushy ground meat. Ialso asked for some Fire sauce for 2 burritos, and I appreciate when I get extra packets, but I was given 19 packets! I countedout of curiosity. I worked in fastfood before and I know everything costs money, particularly packets of sauce that's why somerestaurants offer bulk sauces with pumps. I would be concerned if I were the owner of this location, the DT employee isthrowing away money. Read more

The food is horrible. This fried chicken can't be eaten at all. The meat is very dry and not fresh. The bones in the fried... chicken are green, and I can't eat a bite. I don't think I'll eat here anymore. It's a very bad experience. I'm so disappointed. Read more
When I got home, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I immediately called the store and was told be a service person that... she remembered me and my order. She apologized and told me to come back and they would have the correct order for me. I toldher that I wouldn't be able to come back until the next day. She spoke to management and told me to come In between 2pm and 2am.I stopped in the next day. The manager stopped what she was doing and got my order together! Perfect Customer Service!! Thankyou!
