Stay away!!! This location is horrible. On three separate occasions they mixed up my order. Additionally, they usually out of... menu items. The staff, inclusive of management is ghetto and unprofessional. The service is subpar and the food lacksconsistency. I will no longer patronize this business. They made me get out of my car for an online order and when I got inside the food was even ready. I had to wait a whole 10 extra... mins for a sandwich but online it said my order was finished before I even took a break from work to get there. Manager andeveryone was rude . Worst food possible. Chicken was super small, macroni stone cold, biscuits was like rubber, and the gravy tasted reheated one to... many times. Worst part was one of the wings, a deep fried feather attached to it. We were done after that. Read more
My family was hungry went here because I was in the area and chicken sounded good. This location by far is a disappointment. The... wait was very long but that?s fine I didn?t mind. My chicken LOOKED COOKED but it wasn?t cooked all the way at all which is theworst thing that you could receive ( undone chicken). They ran out of sides so that was another wait. The coleslaw was very dryand the mashed potatoes just didn?t taste right. The Mac n cheese was good and the biscuit was super hard. The dining roomwasn?t open but for some reason was dirty. This is ABSOLUTELY THEE WORST KFC IN THE WORLD ( KFC located on South Tryon St in Charlotte, NC ) Waited at the drive thru I?m... literally the only car in the drive thru and waited for 15 mins before someone came onto the speaker to assist me. While tryingto place the order the customer service was absolutely terrible the employees that work there need better customer serviceskills. When I pulled up to the window the employees are on their cell phone talking to someone while ?trying? to assist me,very unprofessional. Then attempting to order things all KFC?s have like wedges but they don?t have none. They don?t servewedges or grilled chicken. I thought the bad service and lack of products would?ve been a one time thing but no this has been a4x thing every single time I go. I don?t know if the owner of this franchise is cheap and that?s why they are lacking productsor what. They also need to do a better job with hiring employees because the customer service is terrible a very badrepresentation of the KFC brand. I highly don?t recommend anyone to go there for food.
