Just received my delivery that was 15 minutes late with no excuse from the driver. Then I realize they forgot parts of my order... and when I called to see if I can receive credit for the missing items,I was on hold for 5 mins and then the person answered thephone "Yo". I hung up. Unfortunately, I just spoke to Jay the "Manager " who gave me the worst customer service I have experienced in the 2 years that... I have been ordering from Marcos Pizza. He was rude and nasty and didn't know about the prices or the food available while I wastrying to place my order. He said he had chicken poppers available then while trying to tell him a sauce flavor He hung up thephone. I called back needing to cancel order that was started. The employees obviously don’t care about their jobs . Sat on the line laughing and talking as the orders filled up the screen.... Then the guy is in the middle of making our pizza he stops and answers the phone and doesn’t even wash his hands as hereturned… they kept asking us what the name was like we didn’t give it to them three other times, i’m pretty sure theyremade it like five times.
