Just received my delivery that was 15 minutes late with no excuse from the driver. Then I realize they forgot parts of my order... and when I called to see if I can receive credit for the missing items,I was on hold for 5 mins and then the person answered thephone "Yo". I hung up. We will definitely be sure to stop by when we're back... in the area! *this is the one that was open when the other Marcos at Fort Mill said it was open but no one picked up the phoneand we placed an order online but this Marcos did our order for us! Unfortunately, I just spoke to Jay the "Manager " who gave me the worst customer service I have experienced in the 2 years that... I have been ordering from Marcos Pizza. He was rude and nasty and didn't know about the prices or the food available while I wastrying to place my order. He said he had chicken poppers available then while trying to tell him a sauce flavor He hung up thephone. I called back needing to cancel order that was started. Now I have to watch my bank to make sure I get a refund. SMH Itis not okay to be a Jerk to clients who tip with every order. Email to corporate next. Read more
The employees obviously don’t care about their jobs . Sat on the line laughing and talking as the orders filled up the screen.... Then the guy is in the middle of making our pizza he stops and answers the phone and doesn’t even wash his hands as hereturned… they kept asking us what the name was like we didn’t give it to them three other times, i’m pretty sure theyremade it like five times. Ordered curbside pickup and employee gave my pizza to another person, which I understand that it can happen and I had no... problem. He said that it will take five minutes and I waited for 15 minutes. When I entered the store to pick it up, he hadn’teven started preparing my pizza and said that it was going to be ready in 5 minutes. While waiting I noticed that the associatedidn’t even wore gloves while preparing the pizza or even washed his hands prior to preparing the pizza. He stopped half waythrough to do something else and touched dirty surfaces and then proceeded to continue preparing the pizza with even cleaninghis hands. I have ordered here before and it was good but after tonight’s experience I wont be ordering here again. I willabsolutely like a refund for today’s food. Read more
Great food and pizza, prices are reasonable, staff was very friendly, had the Italian sausage sub , very good , had a slice of... pizza with 3 toppings , well worth the price , it was 2 times the size of a normal slice , thank you ! Read more
