After waiting for 10 minutes while 2 workers were just hanging out behind the counter, the manager walked up and had to tell one... of the young boys to take my order. Then to make matters worse, I ordered tomato soup and half spud max. Prettysimple....except I get home and I was given country potato soup and a half potato. My receipt even had the correct order. WhenI called to express my irritation about my order wrong.....no apology whatsover. I am a very patient person and have compassionfor those in the service industry but this type of service is unacceptable. DO BETTER! Read more
Considering the limited staffing cat lunch time today, the staff did a great job in keeping the line for orders moving along... with both the kitchen and service staff that stayed on top of getting the food out to folks quickly. Read more

Decided to give this place a try . I?m out with my son, we had one question on the menu. We were both very ashamed of how the... lady acted when we asked about the menu items. She seemed very rude, careless, almost to the point of she wanted us to not evenorder. Sorry, but this is exactly why one persons attitude and hatefulness can stop me and my family from ever coming backregardless of quality, location, or convenience. Came here with the family for a quick lunch. Staff was nice and the kids options were decent. I liked they had a salad as an... option, and that was what my daughter chose. So yay! The New Yorker is what I had and it was really good. Plenty of meat, a bitlight on mustard, but more was provided upon request. Potato salad was pretty good too. Similar to what you could buy in a shoplike Publix or Food Lion. I was also happy to see that they have soda water from the fountain and not just regular water, thatwas a nice surprise. Overall, it was a pretty good meal as sandwich places go. It's superior to a subway or other sub shop forsure, the amount of meat you get is impressive too. However, if you are in Charlotte, there are much better places to get a gooddeli sandwich. Katz is the best in town, but this is a solid second place. Read more
