I always get the Ruben but with pastrami instead of corned beef. I now have to asked them toast the bread they say ok an still... never do my sandwich has been very dry recently. I don't know if it's just me having bad luck with this place, or what the heck is going on... This time around, ordered half... French Dip, half broccoli cheddar soup. My order did not have the au jou and the meat on the sandwich was hard. My soup, barelyluke warm. The time before, I placed a delivery order for 5 ppl, and they forgot all the salads. I ordered a sandwich about a week ago and the sandwich that I received wasn't exactly what I ordered. Mentioned this in the post... service review and the manager reached out almost immediately telling me I could come back in and have it remade. Mind you thiswas a week later and I told them I just ate what I got because I didn't wanna make a fuss and was hungry and they still replacedit. Customer service like that goes a long way in my book.
