I always get the Ruben but with pastrami instead of corned beef. I now have to asked them toast the bread they say ok an still... never do my sandwich has been very dry recently. I don't know if it's just me having bad luck with this place, or what the heck is going on... This time around, ordered half... French Dip, half broccoli cheddar soup. My order did not have the au jou and the meat on the sandwich was hard. My soup, barelyluke warm. The time before, I placed a delivery order for 5 ppl, and they forgot all the salads. I get that people don't want towork in the food service industry any more... but I'm sick of wasting my money, and not getting what I paid for. Read more
I ordered a sandwich about a week ago and the sandwich that I received wasn't exactly what I ordered. Mentioned this in the post... service review and the manager reached out almost immediately telling me I could come back in and have it remade. Mind you thiswas a week later and I told them I just ate what I got because I didn't wanna make a fuss and was hungry and they still replacedit. Customer service like that goes a long way in my book. I love McAlister's Spud Max and Chicken breast on Croissant role! Their cookies are soft and delicious too! I visited arond 5pm... on a Saturday and it wasn't busy. Ordered as soon as I entered, the staff was friendly, and my to-go was hot. Read more
I love McCallister?s, but the location on Mallard Creek is getting quite ridiculous. I wouldn?t feed this lettuce to my dog.... They barely put any lettuce on my chicken ceasar salad and this is what they give me. Soggy, brown/black Romaine that is clearlyrotting. I never leave reviews, but this is like the third time in a row I?ve gotten a subpar meal. Read more
Went during covid but everything was super clean they weren't busy and everyone was super friendly and helpful and even helped... me pick and customize my sandwich. The sweet tea was on point as always. Their huge chocolate chip cookie was actually a lil bitsweeter than usual but still ooey gooey. The soup was awesome the sandwich was too their honey mustard is still my favorite. Unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars because they forgot my pickle ???? and given how expensive this place is for a deli youcan't forget the pickle. Read more
I drove 20 minutes to pick up my order. Got home, it was missing an item. I called the store, they really couldn?t be bothered... with the fact that a $12 sandwich that I paid for was not with my order. I refused to drive back.
