I have door dashed lunch 3 times. The food is amazing. Their "2 for" for lunch is awesome.
Placed an online order for curbside. Not only did they not have what I ordered and I had to substitute it for something I didn't... actually want. After marking "here" I waited fifteen minutes after my order should've been brought out. Finally called and theycouldn't find my order. No wonder McAlister's is shutting locations down regularly. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a 1/2 sandwich with a cup of macaroni and cheese and a bowl of tortilla soup. The soup and the... macaroni both were cold. The people were not friendly at all; therefore, customer service suffered. I was in the restaurant forwell over an hour and I never seen any tables cleaned and in order for people to have a place to sit they were piling plates onother tables. Repeatedly watch people come in and leave because the restaurant was so dirty which means they consistently waslosing money. There was 3-4 people working behind the counter bringing out random plates and were not busy which means at leastf those workers could have easily been cleaning tables. Overall... The food was good however; the service was not quality service. The lady who took my order was very nice and kind... however; her coworker (the white guy with the blonde pony tail) was actively starring me down whilst I was placing my order. Iredeemed a free sweet tea, but I did not realize I had to scan my rewards barcode to get points. I asked the person politely ifby scanning the barcode, would that also add points to my rewards account. It took them awhile to say no. The guy with the ponytail printed a receipt, but mouthed to himself that there was no barcode and proceeded to crumble the receipt. I asked him if Icould get a receipt and he said I could but there was no barcode. His attitude was very stank. Once I got my food, i noticedthat the wrong chips was placed inside my bag. I asked for "Spud Jalapeño" and he gave me a lays. I asked if I could get theSpud chips and he said the chips were the same which is not true... First negative note: This was the presentation of my turkey wrap. I essentially had to wrap it myself, all the filling was on... the tray with the tortilla on top. Second negative note: we arrived for our to go order at exactly 2:40pm which is the pick uptime we choose. We waited until 2:55pm before we decided the wait time was ridiculous. After calling the location they saidthere was something wrong with the "wonky" computer and it isn't notifying them when we push the "I'm here" button. The leastthey could have done was put a sign on the to go parking spot that reads "call upon arrival" or "come in please." Thisexperience was disappointing. Read more
Waited for 20 minutes outside for my curbside order after notifying them that I was there and watched the employees just stand... around inside behind the counter. Finally went inside to see what was taking so long assuming my food wasn?t ready yet, just tosee it had been sitting there on the rack next to the counter for the past ten minutes. Then I get home and look at my food andthe wrap I ordered had barely anything in it and was mostly lettuce, and my salad had completely brown avocado on it. Read more
