I had the most horrible experience on Monday July 25th. I went in and asked specifically if the potato soup had any ham or... bacon in it and the so called manager named Christopher said it is garnished on top only and he would remove it so I ordered. Iasked him if it had any bacon inside it and he said no. I remember asking and making sure three times before I placed my orderand he assured me there was not any in the soup. When I got the soup I ate few spoons and sure enough there were bacon piecesmixed in it. I went and gave it to him and said I want a refund. He said he refunded me but it has yet to show up as refunded. I called yesterday to ask for the manager and a young lady said that the soup has always had bacon mixed in it. LaterChristopher came on the phone and said that he was the assistant manager and he said that he knew that the soup had bacon mixedinside of it also but he thought I just didn?t want the garnished bacon which is on top. I said that was so stupid andsenseless. I specifically told him before ordering that I did not want any bacon. He laughed. An apology is not enough forthis. I was disappointed and want to get someone higher in the restaurant to do something about this issue but am havingtrouble finding anyone. I felt so bad and insulted. Nothing like getting a unsweetened sweet tea and a cup of large soup that could still fit In the small cup because it?s not full... it was literally pointless and paid $21 for a potato and large soup I even gave them a $10 tip (before I saw my food).Definitely a rip off. Read more

I'm a big McAlister's fan- absolutely love it. But this location you need to make sure you check your order when placing a... mobile order because I very consistently am missing items by the time I get home, whether it be a side or a cookie or whatever.I don't have this problem with other locations, but unfortunately this is the closest location to my home. The food is typicallygood, just don't be like me and make sure to check the bag before you leave so you're not giving money away to McAlister's forfood not received. Read more

Friendly, attentive staff!! The potatoes tasted great, my mother's potato skin was a little soggy and the spud was actually just... 2 potatoes put together.. but it still tasted yummy!!
