Listen, those men in there were working so well with each other AND CUSTOMERS. I saw glove changing, smiles, thank yous. Ordered a 4 cheese melt and nachos which cost $12 and literally got chips with a side of shredded cheese to make at home. The... cheese melt had no cheese on it. Straight up bread with one slice of tomato. Will never be back. Rip off. Read more

McAlister's is on my short list of favorite lunch places. Their salads and baked potatoes are hard to beat!
I use to go here all the time but tonight is my last time going there again. I placed a recent order and even paid a 20% tip and... all three items were incorrect. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and I got it with no chicken on it. I also ordered a wrap withno tomatoes and bit into a huge chunk of tomatoe on my first bite. My third item was the pecan cheesecake which I was chargedfor and it wasn't in my bag. When I arrived back home they were already closed. One the biggest things is person never gave memy receipt. I've felt incredibly disrespected by my experience there. I don't want to hear an excuse about them being shortstaffed when I was the only person in there. Read more
I?ve literally been to every McAlister?s in Charlotte and this is the best one! I always order their baked potatoes and they?re... never over cooked like the other places, they?re perfect. The food is always fresh. Overall very pleased! I visit here often! Read more
Definitely, the food deserves at least a 4, but the service is terrible. Coincidentally, the two times I ordered to take out,... the same lady was in front. The first time, she was more worried about her phone call than to take care of the customers, evenso someone else asked her to step outside. This time, I thought she was busy bagging orders, but after 10 minutes, anothercustomer comes in, and she does greet him and helps him out, and then she comes to me. Really disrespectful, especially when shedid look at me a couple of times and didn't take a second to ask why I was standing there waiting. Once I got home, we realizedthat we asked for some extra sour cream, butter milk ranch and butter packet, and we didn't get any of those, the avocado wasdisappointing and the bacon was almost absent.
