So I’ve been to McCormick & Schmicks a couple of times and here are my thoughts. I think the food is pretty decent, the... atmosphere feels like fine dining, and the staff is always nice and accommodating. With that being said, every time I’ve gone,I have to wait at least 30-45mins for my food after I order. To me, that’s too long! That seems to be the norm. I couldunderstand if there was something going on (lack of staff, something happened in the kitchen, etc.)….but no…the service isjust pretty slow. The calamari app was good. The calamari was small and slightly over cooked but had good flavor. The tuna poke bowl was... delicious. The service was amazing!. The server was slick and conned me into getting a Ceasars salad. They do not make them table side... unfortunately which would have gave it that steakhouse feel and no freshly grated cheese or pepper was offered. The flounder iordered was delicious. Had no more openings for a party of 5 so we sitt at the bar. Danielle was our watress and was amazing. I told her to not take... any money from my friends, this dinner was on me. She smiled and said sure. Food was great only thing we weren't a fan of wasthe mac and cheese. Needed more flavor to us but overall food was amazing.
