Poor service really is the shining star at this location. I was actually told I couldn't have coffee at 330 in the morning! What... a bum you have working for you overnight. When I have gone in during the day, I feel unwelcome and unwanted. You would ratherhave people use the drive thru so you don't have to disappoint them in person? The implementation of the ordering kiosks hasruined the whole experience. I work in the area, and would like to be able to go to McDs, but I don't think I will be back. Read more

We had strawberry shake for the kids in the mobile order. They said they couldn?t make it for whatever the reason. Instead of... compensating for it they were like ?c?mon guys, make it fast? and move through the drive-thru faster. Finally we had to rush outwith a fountain drink, not even an apology. Poor service. Long line for the drive through here on a Saturday morning. I was impressed with how quickly it moved. Less than 10 minutes from... entering the line to receiving the food. Employees were nice, articulate, handled the rush with ease, and our order wasaccurate (something I don't take for granted!) (I marked out the visible license plates for privacy purposes). Read more
Morning staff usually super friendly and welcoming. Idk who was working this morning (Nov. 22,2023 @ 7:30am) but they were rude,... inpatient, and just seemed like they didn?t want to be there. I couldn?t even finish asking for my order before rudely beinginterrupted and told no I couldn?t get any coffee due to the machine being cleaned. Which the cleaning wasn?t the issue but Icouldn?t even ask how long the cleaning would take or try to order something different before they just switched to taking theorder in the other line.
