I hate even giving this place one star. I generally will not go to McDonald's but my son wanted to go. I ate two McDoubles and 2... hours later had it coming out of both ends. In the last 10 years I've probably thrown up less than 10 times. So I'm pretty sureit wasn't just my stomach or a stomach bug. Not entirely sure what happened but Google and the store hours show that this McDonalds is open until 11 PM. I arrived at 10:10... on October 18th and no one was there. The lights were on but nobody responded to the drive thru. ??????????? Read more
Terrible customer service and poor order accuracy in typical McDonald?s fashion. Sad. Not matter which McDonald?s I go to from... the East Coast to the West Coast, it appears they hire the lowest common denominator that simply don?t care. Read more
This is by far the slowest McDonald's ever. I waited in the line for about 25 minutes. They cleared the cars before me so I had... to wait at the speaker no big deal in my head at least my food will be fresh. Wishful thinking after waiting all that time myfood was lukewarm. Then I thought maybe they are short staffed. As I drove around I noticed people standing at the door assumingit was locked and 5 people working in the back. This location definitely needs better management. Quality of food and service isan absolute zero. This was 8pm on a Sunday night. Smh Read more
Always a pleasant experience at this location. This place is quick, even with long lines. My orders are always accurate.... Friendly service and clean. Large fries are rarely filled up all the way though. Read more
Avoid this location at all cost. I understand it?s fast food and it?s McDonald?s so I?m not looking for high quality service... anyways but this location is terrible. Our order was wrong and when we got to the window the lady was so stressed out she saidit?s been a day, sorry. I understand people have bad days but you could tell her attitude was stressing her staff out. Not tomention the doors were locked to the restaurant so I couldn?t go in to fix our order. No one answered the phone and the drivethrough was so backed up. The apples were open and had plastic burnt stuck to the apples. Not sure what happened but it wasgross. (See pic) looks like the bag was cut or burnt. It had brown crusty stuff on the edges. Just be careful when feeding yourkids here! Read more
