Does anyone ever pick up the phone here?? We just left. The associate that took my card, charged my card for the people behind... us order. My order cost more than the family behind us. They caught it at the second window where they then asked for our cardagain, didn?t tell us much of he was doing, but he comes back with a new receipt. I had a feeling to check my account only tofind out this guy over-charged me. I tried calling multiple times, but they aren?t answering. Wth?? Read more
Today McDonald's was great they were on time and moving at a good pace I bought the match mix you buy one and get one for a... dollar I bought both a Big Mac and a quarter pounder it was delicious and some small fries yum yum. Customer service was horrible. Ordered a large meal, thought that included the drink, I was wrong. Didn't know that you had to... be specific. Acted like it would kill them to charge me the difference for and give me a large drink. I will not be returning. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. This location sucks no matter the time of day. Had to pay for fries twice after arguing with... a manager even though it was on the receipt. From getting your order wrong or partially right to only getting half of what wason your receipt you're guaranteed a disaster 95% of the time. Not to mention the long waits. There's always a line across thebuilding no matter the time of day. Don't waste your time or money here. Late night passing thru cash only no cards would have been an inconvenience for ppl without cash. Luckily I had some money that... folds. The drive thru was fast & efficient. The cashier was cool and patient. Great service n food was hot. Read more
