Everytime I go there I'm missing food from my order or the orders continue be wrong. They all just look at me like I did... something wrong and they don't apologize for the issue. Very good location, very bad service. Read more
These workers have a nasty attitude. I ordered a burger one way and they argued with me that I ordered it a different way (they... took the order wrong), and refused to fix it. They tried to pass it off to me in parts, with part of the burger in a to-gocontainer and part of it in a box. I used words such as ?please? and ?ma?am? and asked them to make it in one piece, and theyyelled at me arguing that I?m the one who ordered it incorrectly. Finally, 20 minutes later I received the order, only for thefries to be cold. They also put a couple of burgers and a bottle of chocolate milk on top of a basket of fries. Anyone that hasbeen to a McDonald?s knows they have rules about not putting items on top of a basket of fries, and keeping the colds and thehots in separate bags. This store is not up to McDonald?s standards and they don?t care. I do hope to see an improvement,otherwise I will start sending my complaints to the owner as well as McDonald?s corporate, as this was the rudest McDonald?sexperience I?ve ever been subjected to, by both the employees and the manager on duty. Extremely slow and unprofessional. Most of the employees are on their phones and have ear buds in. Seems like a happy place to... work though, because there's lot of standing around talking. Couldn't imagine myself hiring most of these guys. There's a fewgood employees keeping this place from imploding. Read more
I went to the drive-thru to purchase breakfast earlier today. But, I changed my mind after I saw the price was too high, so I... left. I later checked with my banking institution and discovered my card was still charged for the meal I didn't receive. Lateron, I went to the restaurant to request a refund. But I was told by a manager I had to wait at least until the next morning forthe general manager to get my refund. This should not be a multi-day task to accomplish. Read more
