Got a delivery order. While the driver was friendly and quick the food is awful. The fries are over cooked and brown but soggy... somehow. Took one bite of a chicken nugget and it was dry and hard. Asked for extra pickles on the cheese burger, got onepickle. Zero sauces. Waste of money. Read more
This was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s. When I first arrived, I heard a group of young ladies... talking about how it would have been 40 minutes since they placed their order and they were needing to leave. I placed my orderusing the app, so it didn?t take extremely long, but it wasn?t a unusual wait. I know that all fast food restaurants are facingstaffing woes, but that doesn?t excuse the fries from being cold and hard, and the drinks being flat. I even told them aftergetting a different drink that they needed to change the CO2, but they didn?t. This McDonald?s was just rebuilt from the groundup but that doesn?t help when it?s not staffed properly. I understand it is hard to keep good help in today?s society, but makethe whole process automated. Read more
I'm not one to complain, but I rolled through here after arriving from the airport. I pull into the drive thru at 11pm, I place... my order and then pull to the window. The lady looks at me and says did you order (insert order here) I said no. Then she asksif there is a car in front of me. I said yes. She rolls her eyes and grabs their food and takes it to them. I then move up, asper her instructions when I ordered, and she sticks her head out of the drive thru and yells at me to back up. When I do, sheglares at me and yells HELLO SIR! I don't rise to it, and she proceeds to pass me my food. Very poor customer service and zeroproper communication. I almost never eat fast food, and this quarter pounder reminded me why. Very disappointing foodexperience. Fries were exceedingly average as well. Genuinely, only came here because I was starving and nothing else around wasopen. Don't bother here. Read more
Newly remodeled building and it is beautiful. I order in drive thru so I can't speak on what it looks like inside. Has two drive... thru ordering lanes which is an upgrade in itself. Service was fast and friendly. Read more
Really nice McDonald's, I think one of the nicest I've been to. I could tell the drive thru was running really smoothly, the... line wasn't long at all but cars were coming in and out. I decided to dine in instead. The sitting area was very clean and wellmaintained. The bathroom was immaculate as well. I had a problem with the kiosk when I went but the young man working there,Zyion was very helpful. Not only that, he had my food ready very fast and also checked up on me to see how I enjoyed my food.While doing so, I could tell he was also helping out other customers and maintaining his queues. Very clean, order was accurate, and quickly served, however, the experience with the staff was undesirable. I spent about 5... minutes waiting for a refill before I left because I had to get back to work. There were at least 2 employees that simply walkedby the counter 5 different times without addressing the fact that I was standing there, and another 5 or so people waiting forservice behind me. I left not only because I didn't receive any kind of acknowledgement, but also didn't want to hold up theline. Although I have sworn to hate McDonald's, not just because super size opened my eyes, but also the quality vs. price vs. service... has dropped in the recent years. But I do like to try a new product every now and then, and the Smoky quarter pounder wasalright. Not feeling the seven bucks for the double patty sandwich only though. Read more
