It?s Mcdonald?s, so I don?t expect much. I?d be satisfied with just receiving what I ordered, without hearing the N-word, and... only a moderate amount of post-consumption regret. Alas, this location consistently misses the mark, and the regret sets inbefore taking the first bite. I have never been to a more poorly managed fast food restaurant. Not only is it 50/50 whether youget what you ordered, the customer service would be better if all employees were mute. They clearly don?t want to be there, andgo out of their way to reveal that you?re bothering them. And, yes, I could do without having the person at the window yellingthe N-word to one of her co-workers while I?m paying. There?s a Chic-Fil-A right by this location? do yourself a favor and gothere. Been here a handful of times and never have received bad service. I usually do drive thru in the morning but I've been inside as... well. I love their smoothies in the morning. They are so good and made just right. Read more
It's been awhile since I've been inside McDs - had to order on a kiosk? and then because I was paying with cash I had to wait... for a cashier to repeat my order to pay - what a waste of time but the fries were good even though most of them were in 1 inchpieces - wonder if I had ordered a large order of fries would I have gotten larger fries? I went Monday and the young lady with the red hair twist. Took my order and was extremely nasty. My co workers warned me about... her. This store use to be good. Now the service is not good at all. She sent the Order and I got the wrong food. All I heard wascussing and yelling on the inside. The manager needs work also,because when you complain I see no consequences. I am extremely disappointed by my most recent experience here. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life by the... person taking orders at the window on 6/27/2022 at 5:30 pm. As a manger in a professional setting, I would be extremelyembarrassed for one of my employees to treat people in this manner. I will never return to this location it is INSULTING. Read more
Could not eat the meals we purchased. We had to wait for the food and did not receive our drinks. I ordered a chicken sandwich... and it was chewy and room temperature. My wife ordered a quarter pounder and despite waiting the food was cold and did not tastelike a quarter pounder from other McDonald restaurants. This experience was exceptionally poor as the food was altogether nonedible. Read more
I eat one McRib a year and today was the day! I ordered thru the app on a Tuesday at noon. My food was prepared pretty quickly... and I dined in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean, even the bathrooms. The food was fine/ok. I requested extra pickles onmy McRib but it didn?t look to me like I got extra? I would have also liked more bbq sauce. This is the second time I received an incorrect order (i.e., missing items) at McDonald's, and the ticket time was 20 minutes. I... actually felt bad for the guy who ordered 10 minutes earlier (from the kiosk because they aren't running counter serviceanymore). My dine-in meal was delivered in a to-go bag ahead of him and a few others patiently waiting. You're better off usingthe drive through if you choose to grab a meal here - it's not faster go inside for sure.
