Went to the drive thru. The little canned message told me about the specials or whatever. And then I sat there and sat there. I... tried to communicate through the box but nobody would answer. I pulled up to the window and the lady just stared at me andturned away and went back to what she was doing. The employees were super friendly, the food was alright (I mean it's McDonald's after all) we got our food quick it was hot and... one burger was a little messed up but no big. The atmosphere was a little hectic but I mean it's attached to a gas station. Butover all decent and friendly people always make the business enjoyable. Read more
Ordered 2 McDonald?s with only pickles got 2 all the way ordered a triple cheeseburger never received very unhappy tried calling... when I got home all at 8:50 under multiple times no answer worst McDonald?s ever unless you want you food wrong an no answerafter then don?t go there if I didn?t live in kings mountain vs there I?d go there an throw my food in there face how bad theyare!!!!!! Just left the drive through at 7:10 pm today. Ordered a large mocha Frappe and 2 strawberry cream pies. The gentleman taking the... order and telling by payment was as you expect. Friendly & professional. I paid, then rolled to the next window, the ladygreeted me with a smile, handed me the pies in a bag and asked me to pull forward. I replied "no" because there was not anyonebehind me ordering or paying. She replied "I was messing up her time" I replied, " That isn't my problem". Her attitudechanges immediately. Told her employee I was being rude and began mouthing. I waited no more than 30 seconds she shoves theCARAMEL frappe out of the window. Doesn't say thank you, I just looked at her in disbelief. Accepted the drink and began todrive off she she started yelling I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT NIGHT then it became blah blah blah as I couldn't make our anythingelse. I will say the efficiency of the dive through has improved tremendously in the recent weeks. But some of the attitudesare still terrible. Read more

We drove to this town because the lines at that Macdonalds was wrapped around the parking lot. The line wasn't too long but the... place was slow in ordering, preparing and delivery. One order was wrong and had to argue that it was wrong and needed to beredone. (No cheese, Got the feeling they were accussing us of putting cheese on it) They gave us 2 free apple pies, withouttelling us. The food was hot, rest of order correct and our hungry tummies satisfied. Long lines are common in North Carolina,so we deal, just get in line and wait???? Read more
One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. We waited over half an hour for our food to come out. My order was a... double cheeseburger and a 6-piece. Very little communication from crew members. It looked like the people inside were gettingforsaken for the drive thru customers. Wendy's has never treated us with this little regard. Ordering kiosk wasn't printing receipts & no one was working the register. Although as soon as I went to say something, one... employee was like, "I got you" & recited my order. Amazing, right? Not even ten seconds later, my order was in my hand fromanother employee. After each interaction, I only said, "I appreciate you." Even so, that last employee was dismissive and rolledher eyes.
