Started using the Mc Ds app, and been hooked ever since! Our favorite part of this specific Mc Ds is the curbside pickup, never... having a single issue with our orders! Always HOT, made to our specifications, and to our car within mins(literally) Out of allof the Mc Ds we've been to this one is #1 on our list! Thank you for not allowing pets or fake service animals, I am deathly allergic to dogs and cannot be within 75 feet of those... things. Thank you for providing a safe place for me to eat at. It's a shame that selfish dog owners jeopardize the health ofothers just because they want their animal with them. Thank you. Read more
It takes them an extremely long time to answer the speakers, even if it's to tell us it'll be a moment. They mess up orders that... have food allergies and seemingly don't care. I've seen them try to take toppings off and re-give it to me. That is dangerousand if I were to get sick because of this, I assure you a lawsuit would be in order. Train your employees better, make sure amanager is readily available to help because the teenagers running the drive thru seem to not understand a single thing you tryto tell them. Read more
The experience was horrible. My pet, is a service animal, I go with him everywhere, so does my family. We came here because he... is accepted in every place, he is a service animal. However, at the moment we stepped in, this two employees started saying thatdogs are not allowed, with his ID identifying his registration as a service dog in the US, they started screaming saying thatdogs are not allowed because is a restaurant. My first time at this location. I wish I would have saw the reviews first. So I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and the... first sandwich was dry meaning no mayo or anything. Only a pickle. I took it back and they gave me a deluxe. Now when I get tothe fries I realize they are not fresh. Hard fries. Just heated up old fries. The young man didn?t seem to even care as he saidsarcastically oh my bad and walked away. Why work here if you don?t feel like serving your customers. I spend my hard earnedmoney for this. Your customers keep you in business. I hope that corporate sees this so they may address this issue and fix itas this location is in ballentyne wow. Very poor customer service. Can?t eat fries. Accepts only 1 coupon per family, Don't know if this is corporate of this specifice store. The Coupons are very... Misleading. While ordering a crispy chicken sandwhich I was expecting a fried chicken pattie, with toppings of vegg andsauce. What I got was a Bun which was Too toasted on one side and burnt on the other, A fried chicken pattie, and 2 pickles.Nothing else. While tasting the Sandwhich, the pattie seemed like it was done in the morning and was left out to stale. It wasnot crispy it was soggy in parts and stale in others. There was also a lingering taste of oil which means that the oil had notbeen clean prior to frying. The cherry on top was that while it was dry(felt like cardboard) the Chicken pattie was bitter. Itwas over cooked and burnt. I would not recommend, better off going Jack in the Box next door. Read more
Most of the food we get there is great. The employees are incredibly nice to me and my friends, but the restaurant is a bit... loud, especially if you go right after Charlotte catholic dismisses. Read more
