Pros: Nice building and layout. Good menu, okay prices. Cons (at least today): rude staff acting inconvenienced by each... customer. Out of basil, Asiago cheese, and balsamic vinegar. Had I known there was no balsamic glaze, I would?ve left, but myorder had already been made. Love the concept of Mod pizza, but execution is so poor. Expected better. Read more
I wanted to give less stars but the pizza is actually decent for being gluten free. However, this location needs staff that... care, even just a little...customer service skills are severly lacking. Maybe pay saff a better living wage or have managementthat supports staff so they enjoy coming to work. Staff that don't care about customers can ruin a restaurant experience even ifthe food is good. Ehhh? this location has went downhill unless I came on a bad day. There was lot of cross-contamination I saw upon arriving here.... Also, the person removing and placing the pizzas in the oven was using his hand with no gloves to place the pizza on theslider:/ Not to mention he was on his phone while doing it as well. I saw one girl also fixing her hair. My pizza came out hotbut the cheese was very light which I didn?t like. It?s probably best I go to another location. Read more
