$$Gourmet taste, but for a price$$. 15 dollars for a decent sized, tasty entree, but then nearly 4 dollars for a side of mac... and cheese that was tiny. It was elbow mac, with 2 shredded cheeses sprinkled on top(nothing special about the taste). Then, when you pay, it requests a tip. So, not to be a jerk, I tipped a few dollars. They were not too busy when I arrived just after 12 noon on Sunday Sept 11. It took them over 12 minutes to provide my my cold... Mediterranean Chicken salad and warm (not hot) tomato soup. Salad was missing the dressing. There are better options forMediterranean Chicken salads (PDQ) in price and freshness. If I return it will be for a more worthwhile wait for somethingfreshly cooked. Where to begin.... I walk into the restaurant to order when I walked in the staff was eating dumplings and pasta on the front... counter by the soup well. I was ignored for the first 10 min when I was there even those the girls up front looked at memultiple times. When I finally did order it took the 45 min to make my 3 pastas. As I was waiting I saw employees getting rawchicken from the back not changing their glove between also the cook eating cookies while making food. The manager came out andask why is he eating on the line. Then the same table where the raw chicken was sat that was never whipped down another girl cutbaguettes. Save you time and money this store has a health score of 97 but someone really needs to check this place! Alsoanother guest demanded a refund because she was waiting 30min and they girl up front say well thats my GM if you want to take itup with her. The food is tasty and hot, and the two young ladies in the front were accommodating and gave me wonderful service. They even... bought the food out to my daughter and I while as we decided to eat our waited pick up order alfresco. It was a great overallexperience. Read more
Delivery was late. I called the restaurant but the young man couldn't find my order then told me that they have no control of... the order once it leaves the restaurant. I had the Paid Thai and potstickers. The food was tasty with the perfect amount ofheat. Generous amount of ingredients in the dish. Potstickers were cooked nicely and had great flavor. Read more
Ordered a tofu Mexican salad at 4:23pm & waited around 25 minutes for my order, the staff apologized for the wait & was... friendly. I drove home 45 minutes to open up the to-go order & it?s a Mediterranean salad with olives & onions & noodles. The 2dressings were for the Mexican salad. This is disappointing but not by any means a big deal so I called the store around 6:45pmto see what could be done. When you try to call Noodles & Co it first routes you to a call center where people answer the phoneby asking weird questions like ?Hi is this Anne?? or ?Hi please confirm your number ends in 8108.? It took 3 call attempts toget someone to route me to the store location I ordered at (JMK university) because the call center reps just want a name &phone # & for you to place an order. Wild. Finally got through to the store & literally as the phone call connects/is answeredan employee says ?UH, SOMEBODY CALLING TO COMPLAIN.? Honestly, as embarrassing as this is hearing that almost made me cry. I hadnice convos with the employees when I placed my order, we were complimenting each other & laughing/complaining about pollen &allergy season? the last thing I was calling to do was make anyone feel bad or be unnecessary. I just wanted the meal I paid for& to discuss options, which the manager explained is to come back sometime & she?ll make a note to remake my order, which isgreat & appreciated. But like? you guys DID get the entire type of salad wrong from Mexican to Mediterranean after an almost 30minute wait - it just sucks that making orders correctly & trying to get through to the store is immediately met with trash talkyou know the customer can hear. Korean spicey noodles were saucy, with just the right amount of spice. They tasted great and I was so happy they had chop... sticks. It made my eating experience so much more enjoyable when I went back and got them. Read more
I always enjoy Noodles & Company. That have an excellent menu with a number of options. I recommend the Japanese Pan Noodles... with Marinated Steak and extra sauce as it is fantastic. There are tons of great options here, and don't forget about thefountain drinks. There are many options for drinks so it will not disappoint you at all. There are also plenty of seats fordining in or a quick take-out station for to-go orders. Read more
