Avoid this place AT ALL COST. Two days ago, I came here and did the curbside pickup ended up waiting in my car for almost half... hour so I went inside and come to find out they haven?t even started making my phone, so now it?s a total of an HOUR. So I washungry again today and found a hair in my Chilli & on top of that they don?t answer their phone. Every morning it seems to be getting worse. My order was wrong 3 days. And on day 4 the sandwich was burned. This was my... breakfast sandwich this am....notice the paper still wrapped on the slice of cheese...horrible. Read more

Haven't been to a Panera for so long and decided to come this place instead when we saw a line at IHOP. We ordered two of the... half breakfast sandwiches with bacon with croissant, iced latte & coffee. When I drank the iced latte, it tasted very disgustinglike if someone puts sweet sour sauce into the latte? very nasty. The next thing I noticed is that the bacon was missing on oneof the half sandwich I ordered, I needed to ask for a remake. The croissant came out cold and isn't worth paying $3 for. Thisreminded me of how nasty the coffee at Panera is and am not coming back. Read more

I?ve had some pretty bad experiences at other Panera locations closer to the city. Wasn?t sure what to expect with it being my... first time at this one, but I was delightfully pleased. The food came out fast. We usually have a semi complicated order withour sandwiches but the kitchen executed it perfectly. I could hear the food runner and the kitchen communicating effectively andthat?s what makes a smooth running machine out of a business. Thanks for having us and thanks for the delicious lunch. Kudos! With my gluten allergy, I have not visited a Panera in years; this year somebody brought one of the Summer Salads (strawberries... and tangerines?delicious). Going back on my own ordered the Teriyaki Chicken ($16 with drink) and I am very disappointed. Notsure if they gave me a smaller size (from one of theirs pick 2) or whatever but not worth the price. 1 piece of broccoli, 1/2cup or rice and 1/2 cup of chicken??!! Not nice.
