Ugh.... awful. I have been coming here a couple of times per week in the past 6 months. Only one human taking orders/helping... customers while six others are milling about behind the cash registers ignoring the line. The line keeps growing, and then thatonly human screams at all of us "y'all can order from the kiosk". No thank you. Not until all of us there to spend money startgrumbling, does a second human open a cash register. This is awful customer service, and zero business sense.... I am goingelsewhere. Read more

Shame that this business has really gone downhill. Hardly any staff working and they aren't very friendly. My egg souffle was... burned and the coffee urns are always empty, and then you can't find anyone to replace them. $3 for a large coffee that isconsiderably smaller than the old large which was $2. It's just not worth it anymore when it's self serve and most of the time, you're waiting on them to bring out more coffee. Read more

Panera bread has some of the best bagels we've ever had. Especially the Asiago bagels. All the workers are really nice and we... appreciate them being their so early in the morning. Unfortunately I don't have anything nice to say about their cream cheese. Igot the cream cheese for the first time today, for $1.00 for 1 ounce cup. It was disgusting! It was slimey and sticky, it tastedterrible and it smells bad. By the 3rd bite of the bagel, I almost threw up. I wasted an entire Asiago bagels. I have never hadcream that was like that. I do recommend this business. There other food items are good too. Just don't get the cream cheese. Read more

Panera never disappoints! Food was fresh and tasted great! Order was accurate. Staff was friendly. They also had a spot... decorated for Pride which was extremely inviting and thoughtful. Great place! Read more

This is where I get my coffee or drink every day. Parking would be the biggest issue here, since there are not many spots... available and is shared with a couple of other businesses including an AT&T store. The staff is loud when they are having theirconversations but their very polite and try to have meaningful conversations with you as you wait for your order. There's a niceoutdoor space where the sunshine doesn't scorch you while you eat. Traffic noise is an issue but hardly noticeable indoors. It'sa nice place to take a long walk to since it is about a 10 minute walk from everything else, but it is very nice at sunset. Read more

Love Panera and go to this location often but my last experience there was baffling. Woman behind the front counter saw me... standing there waiting for her to finish with her current customer, but walked away as soon as she was done, then ignored me atthe expo window. I finally loudly told her that I didn't get the cup for a drink with my order and she just pointed at them inthe window and said they're self-serve. I've never had to grab my own cup out of the expo window, especially since the pickupshelf is on the other side of the store. Just very odd and rude interaction. Otherwise, the food was ready on time anddelicious! Read more

Ordered To Go and it would have been nice to have our sandwiches labeled. Requested that the bagels be sliced, toasted and add... butter, and while butter was provided in the bag, we did not receive enough butter for all three bagels and the bagels were dry. Rest of the order was okay and enjoyed the iced chai tea latte. Okay overall. Read more
