I ordered through online delivery. Got my pizza and it was hard and crust had white all over it. I am 6 months pregnant and that... was supposed to be my dinner. First time ever ordering from papa John. I ended up eating a bowl of cereal. They did say theysent out a replacement pizza, it never showed. I called back they was closed but sent my money back. Would not recommend ordering from this location. Ordered NY Style Crust... It was thick like the regular crust and... overcooked. Ordered a Papadila, it barely had any filling, so bad that it couldn't hold itself closed. Mostly just burntcrust. Was notified that delivery was delayed... Must have been so they could overcook everything. Barely any sauce on the pieeither. Dry, overcooked, and just a very disappointing experience all together. Read more
Terrible! The pizza was burnt, cold, and had barely any sauce on it. I tried for over an hour to get through to a manager and... someone would pick up and then leave the phone on the counter without speaking. I will NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN!!!DISGUSTING!!! Read more
We ordered at 11:56 PM. Store doesn?t close till 1 AM. Order gets canceled at 12:35 AM when the estimated delivery time was only... 30 minutes. Awful business model. Not surprised by the other one stars this location has. Read more
I ordered cheese sticks today 3/14/22 and they were like dried out bread ???? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I?m disappointed because... this is not the first time this Papa John?s did my order like this????. The first time I thought it was a mistake because theysent out another order that haven?t sat out as long I guess, but this time did it for me, my kids love the cheese sticks so Ihave been a very loyal customer but with this service I definitely will not be wasting anymore money with Papa John?s???????? After placing my order online I got a phone call saying delivery wasn't available because there were no drivers at the time.... When I got to the store, there was only one girl doing everything! We ordered at this location, was supposed to get delivered at our building and didn?t ever show up. We called twice to then get... the manager (a woman with a rude tone) who told us that they were short staffed and had to send it with a DoorDasher. They weregoing to remake the order and send. The manager asked us to give them the number affiliated with the order and we gave it tothem. After then waiting over an hour and a half we called at 11:15pm to find out that they did not even have the cell numbercorrect and blamed us for it. The manager had a horrendous attitude with us like it was affecting her directly. She said wecouldn?t get our money back IN FULL which was almost 80 dollars and didn?t give us her name. She argued with us until we toldher we would come up the next day and get the refund. No call, no warning. They just took the order back and didn?t even notifyus. Worst customer experience I?ve ever had. We had a party going on and no food to feed our guests. If this is someone PapaJohns hires they should rethink their hiring process.
