EAT ANYWHERE BUT HERE. We ordered a pizza on a Monday night at 6PM. It came 30 minute past the estimated delivery time. We... opened the box and not even close. The order was printed correctly ON THE BOX. And the pizza inside the box had the wrong sauceand half of the toppings on the wrong side. This place is horrible. Nyla had the nastiest attitude anyone should NEVER have a work, and that?s why her edges didn?t lay... flat. The app said carryout for 7.99. Ended up paying 11$ and everyone had terrible customer service. Close this location down.These people dont need to work if they actin like this. Read more

I have been a long time customer of papa John's and this is by far the worst location I have seen. This is a extra pepperoni... pizza. That took 2 hours to come via door dash is what they used. I also tip the entire cost of my pizza because I understandthe struggle. Still late still half effort put into pizza. This location should be closed. Having a child on the spectrum makesit really hard to explain when things are not as they usually expect them. Read more
This is the worst Papa johns in existence, last month I ordered a pepperoni Pizza and it came looking like a bunch of different... pizzas to create one and one of the pepperonis were not even sliced it was an inch thick. I did not take a picture of myprevious experience and did not even leave a negative review. Yesterday I had a half chicken and pineapple half Pepperoni pizzadelivered to me last night, I did not eat it and threw away $20 bucks. Try out this Papa johns at your own risk. I almost blamedthe delivery driver due to cheese being missing but they have nothing to do with the uneven cuts and just an entire I dont giveaf about the pizza creation in general. We were delivered a pizza that had been dropped and the freshness sticker had been torn! We contacted the store to notify them... and requested a new pizza be sent to us as soon as possible since we had already waited for 1 hour. The store manager had thenerve to tell us that we had to wait another hour and did not offer any compensation. He did not offer a free dessert, a coupon,or a refund. We called back and he finally put us at the top of the list. We still had to wait 45 minutes and then he told usthat he could not do anything because they were forced to use doordash because they don't have enough drivers. I contacteddoordash and they told me they couldn't do anything because we ordered through the store and it is the stores responsibility!This is absolutely ridiculous that no one can be accountable for this delivery man's poor work! This store should close. After waiting twice as long as it should, the order was messed, not even close to the printed ticket on... the side of the box. Went to get a refund and was laughed at by two employees. I would be utterly humiliated if I managed thisplace. They just shut the doors and try again. Read more
