Rude for absolutely no reason. Not sure why they use a second party call service to take orders which is problematic to say the... least. I placed a delivery order & was told i was out of range which was completely untrue just to arrive & be told very rudelythat i never placed an order or was at the wrong store, again untrue. The woman taking orders had no knowledge of anythingdealing with the store like at all plus there was a hard time understanding eachother due to a language barrier. The two oldergentlemen were rude & nasty for completely no reason at all & not once tried to help to figure nor rectify the situation. Unacceptable! Gotta do better! Read more
I personally don't believe making pizza is hard. You have pictures and a detailed order right in front of you and for some... reason someone can't get it right. It is the worst feeling to tip a driver 5 bucks get inside and your order is all wrong. It'snot hard !!!! I could train a bird to make pizza yet these meat sacks drive to work clock in and take a dump in a box and handit off to a driver to bring to a customer. Absolutely trash all the way around. These people don't deserve the minimum of wages.Now I have to wait 45 more minutes for my pizza should have had cereal ???? Read more
This place is always super inconsistent to me, it feels personal at times. Its either the pizza arrives cold, missing something... like a sauce or sometimes an ENTIRE pizza. This latest order arrived on time, pizza was cold and missing a pizza i redeemed witha coupon they mailed to me for messing up a previous order. Called the store, said the pizza didnt show up on the order, triedto use the coupon again and it said its been used. Its safe to say im done with all 3 of the fast food pizza places. Absolutely awful. Pizza was so cold it didn't even melt when I attempted to reheat it in the oven. Delivery girl claimed to have... been outside for 30 mins trying to find my apartment but that wasn't true because I had been looking out the door and watching.I tried to call but they were closed. That's how long it took to get to me. Birthday slumber party slightly ruined. Read more
The Papa John?s app had a glitch and caused an issue with the delivery address and the manager who spoke to both me and my... fiancé was super helpful and kind in trying to assist with the situation. I probably sounded bummed out by the situation, butthe manager was extremely professional and I appreciate his means of helping the best he could. Read more
Ordered for the second time in the last several months at the Eastway location in Charlotte NC. Once again the pizza was cold... when it was delivered. Ridiculous for $25. Read more
