As you noticed the owners of this location don?t even have the common courtesy to reply or respond to any complaints on here. It... shows the lack of customer value they have,it start from the top. This place is trash never again will I order this garbage fromthis location . Told me 25 minutes for my order. N hr goes by so I called back. The lady told me it'll be another 2 hrs then said the best she... could do is give me a refund. Thanks for waisting my time. Now I don't get lunch because I have to go back to work. Worstmanager in the history of pizza place. Her name is Terra. Absolutely a horrible and unprofessional person. I ordered a pizza a few before closing time. I called to make sure it was fine if I placed an order. The lady said it was... perfectly fine. Then I go to check my email and she has the audacity to cancel my order. Of course they are now closed so when Icall I cannot speak to anyone. That is poor customer service. I will make sure I find out who the female was who did that dirtybusiness. Not nice nor funny. Lucky God is with me this evening because I should drive up there to ask why they canceled myorder. I waited for over an hour. Then I called. The lady didn't answer the phone was very nice, But could not find the order under my... name. She gave me the call center phone number. I called it and they said it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I calledagain and they said it would be 10 minutes then. Later on as I was taking out trash I saw a pizza box on my front porch. Very bad customer experience tonight September 19 at 9:30pm. I called them and asked why they missed few items in my order and... whoever took the phone told me to call Uber eat and get refund instead of being helpful. She was very rude. Never recommend. Read more
After being quoted a two hour delivery time a burnt pizza arrived at our door. When we called the store to complain they already... knew which order we were talking about which says to me you knew that pizza was inedible before it left that store. They didagree to remake and resend a pizza but considering it was 9pm in the evening we werent willing to wait the 2 hrs for it to bedelivered so we ended up having to go out to pick it up. Read more
The pizza is fine. I requested contactless delivery. The process for that is to place the pizza on something that separates it... from the floor, knock, and wait until the customer has the pizza. Your guy, Ryan, just left it. It was out in the hall for 15minutes without me knowing. Sure do regret putting a tip in before getting the pizza. Read more
Avoid this mess. I ordered pizza at 6PM. At 6:41PM I got a text telling me that DoorDash will deliver because this location... doesn't have delivery drivers. At 7:27PM order tracking showed that my order might be delivered at 7:39PM. I then realizedthat my order has been sitting there getting cold and stale for a good 40 minutes. I called to cancel and got a run around asto the full amount they would refund my Amex. I wish them well if they try to scam me. They are under the impression thattheir delivery failure is an acceptable excuse. Papa Johns is charging inflation prices for a product that already carries aconvenience markup. Yet they think that it is acceptable to inconvenience the customer. Hilarious! Read more
