About 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza for delivery. Waited for an hour and 20 minutes before calling the store to see what the... issue was. The worker said the delivery guy is running late. I said no problem, will it be faster to just come pick it up? Hesaid, yes, and even said "of course" he would make a new pizza because the original pizza had been sitting there for an hour ormore. Get there and my pizza was not remade and was dried out and tough. I asked him if he could refund me because I paid $42for my meal, Delivery, and tip but didn't get anything delivered or remade. He said "of course" just like he said when asked ifhe would make a new pizza. 2 weeks later and no refund. He was never going to help me in the first place. Just sad really.
