Ordered online, walked into the store to a very poor greeting. Informed them I ordered online and was told I needed to wait, I... asked if I should go to the register since I ordered online and was told yes in a rude tone. At the register I was ignored by 3different employees while they helped customers that come in after me. They finally got my order done and forgot the cookieswhich I had to get myself. Very dissatisfied, really need to work on greeting customers and informing them on the status oftheir order if it?s going to be later than informed on the online order receipt. Read more
Been eating at this Penn Station location for years. Today is the worst service I have seen. Very disappointed. Have now been... waiting 15-20 minutes and haven?t even had my order started. They are more concerned with socializing with each other. Had toclean our own table to sit as every table has food and trash on them. We are literally the only ones sitting in the restaurant. Good subs. Sometimes the orders are just wrong. Ordered a BLT as it comes, got only bacon, nothing else. Lol, I guess at least... it had bacon. Catch them when they?re not busy, maybe orders will be correct. Read more

Penn station is one of the best sub places out there! Whenever I go I get the club on the sub with fries and a lemonade! You... just cannot go wrong with that. Read more
I love a good Penn Station sandwich; I've never had a bad one! I've had a variety of their subs and they've always been great. ... I highly recommend their sausage, chicken teriyaki or Philly cheesesteak, all are fantastic. They have fresh-cut fries whichare always great, too --not to mention they have malt vinegar which makes them even better. This location in particular isnice. I've never seen the place busy, and it's extremely clean. Like most of their restaurants, they setup in a cafe style soyou order the food then its brought out to you. This is a great place for a quick sandwich --a sandwich that is a few notchesabove the typical fast food joint. Read more
I love Penn Station in general but will never visit this location again. This was my second attempt. I ordered a cold wrap... online and entered the restaurant at the designated time for pick up. I stood at the register for several minutes before any ofthe staff (one standing directly in front of me) acknowledged my presence. It appeared that the employees would rather beelsewhere. My wrap was sloppily thrown together, the tortilla was so hard that it crumbled apart, and ingredients were missing.Absolutely not worth the nearly $10 I spent. Read more
