The pretzel products are a full 5 stars, but they close so early that I can't help but wonder how much business would be... captured by staying open at least as long as it would take people to stop in on their way home from work, at least on Fridayswhen it's really not unusual for families to opt for fun food for a treat dinner. Several times we wanted to pick uppretzels/stuffed pretzels for evening/movie night/snacks-for-dinner, but they just close so darn early. The weird hours earn 3stars, averaging them out at 4 stars. Yum! We just tried the pretzel dogs and cinnamon pretzel bites and they were both outstanding! The hot dog had excellent flavor... and the pretzel was cooked perfectly. The cinnamon pretzel bites were also perfectly cooked and the buttercream frostingcomplimented it perfectly. We?ll definitely be back again, and highly recommend it to all who love a good pretzel. I ordered a rivet box with half salt and half cinnamon just to try both. Honestly not disappointed at all. My general rule of... thumb is if I can make it, I won?t buy it. The pretzels tasted freshly made, like they were made at home. I have no plans tomake pretzels anytime soon with these guys! Read more

I was really disappointed in the product. The pretzels were okay. Something youd get at a theme park or ballpark, cold hard... pretzels. The pretzle dogs, every single one, was not cooked. I ordered 2 and noticed the dough was not cooked in the middle andthe hotdogs were cold. The young lady gave me one more, still uncooked while i waited for the other. Ahe gave me 2 more. Gothome, they were still uncooked and broken up. What i didnt appreciate is when i am trying to be kind and handle my frustrationwith kindness, both employees wanted to talk about me like i couldnt see/hear them. I just feel that is very disrespectful. Gosomewhere else for your pretzels. Theyll be fresher, cooked and you wont have to deal with people making fun of you In responseto owner, the day i went, there was no cheese in the pretzle dogs. The meat was cold. Meaning the temperature was not checked asit should have been. If the product is cold or below room temperature, you cant tell me it was fresh. And employees making funof a customer should also be unacceptable. If im in the area, id be happy to come by and discuss it. Just for reference iworked at a pretzle place growing up. What I ordered: pizza pretzel, hot sausage pretzel, and an order of cheeseburger bites Service was amazing, the owner and his... daughter very nice and welcoming, and overall very passionate about their food and focusing on customer service.
