The food was really great! However the springroll wasn't really wrapped correctly, but I don't mind since it's still a spring... roll, the broth was also a bit salty on the saltier side but is still very tasty. The owners were very nice as well. However, Ihad to remove a star since the cleanliness wasn't too good. There was bugs everywhere around the food I was eating. Read more

This must have been an honest mistake from their end because never in my entire life have I ever seen or tasted papaya salad... that was this awful from a Vietnamese place. They must have given me the wrong sauce to go on this papaya salad because it wasRED and it looked like sauce that went on grilled chicken. The spring rolls we recieved were great. But I'll probably just skipthis stop next time and go to the other Pho Hoa down the street. Read more

Best pho in Charlotte, and honestly many places I’ve tried in other cities as well. I stumbled upon this hidden gem, and have... yet to turn back since. I’m a regular and constantly crave it. My favorite is the #1 (pho dac biet) but we also tried the #18which was another noodle bowl that was very spicy but delicious! It definitely had a lemongrass flavor to it. It’s located ina strip mall, and if you blink you may miss it. There is not much that meets the naked eye, but they have delicious food and a97 cleanliness rating. If you haven’t been here, try it!! Pho broth was decent for a quick eat but it was much saltier and darker color. Could use some more meat for the X-large bowls... too. The Korean Rib dish was good. Cleanliness is questionable tho. Read more

I drove over an hour to get here. Long story short, food didn't meet my expectations. The spring rolls we're tough and not... fresh. The vermicelli plate had outdated overcooked shrimp on it, so I didn't finish my plate of food here. I wasn't discountedat all. The waiter cared not to comfort my disappointment. I was charged the full price. Won't be coming back. Also, this isn'ta COVID 19 safe place to eat, I saw over 5 customers walk inside with no masks on. Overall, bad experience. Read more

Best pho in the Carolinas. Their large is actually a large and not just a medium bowl with a little extra noodles. But their... appetizers are what I go for. Read more
