One of the best burger and hot dog joints in Charlotte. Very "hip" vibe. They've added outdoor seating. They also have tacos and... other various dishes. All house made, delicious goodness. This is our second time here, food was great as last time! I wanted to try the Mahi fish tacos, they was amazing! I was... surprised how good they tasted. My husband got the cheese burger, he loved it. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Wewill definitely be back next time we visit Charlotte! Read more
I had the pork loin sandwich with pineapple, it was good but the bread was not a great choice for such a heavily loaded juicy... sandwich. It sat in the juices and turned really mushy, I thing a sourdough or baguette would have been a better choice. Loved the atmosphere- nostalgic 70s/80s diner vibe. Their tables were beautiful, all hand painted it seemed. The random decor... was aesthetically pleasing such as stickers covering the entire door out to the patio and ?white trash? license plate hung abovethe bar. Great atmosphere with fantastic music. Had the vegan pimento chili fries, white bean hummus and beyond burger. The burger,... hummus and vegan chili were amazing, the vegan pimento cheese not so much. Great staff. Food came out quickly so I would steeraway from appetizers unless you?re there during a busy time/day. This is a must go to place for food. Great atmosphere and great staff always making sure everything was good or needed anything.... I went at 230pm and was able to get a seat right away for two people. The later it gets the longer the wait will be. If youdon't mind waiting, night time is a great atmosphere but if you are there for the food go earlier. There is nothing bad to stayabout Pinky's except the food and service is worth going with a great variety on their menu. Highly recommended. Read more
