I ordered wings and a Detroit style pizza. They have me wings with zero sauce and a normal deep pizza without sauce on top. ... The Detroit has sauce on top of the cheese. Edit* the owner respond to me on here two weeks ago. I replied to the email thatthey gave me. They never replied or made or right. This franchise is garbage. Read more

Awful experience last few times. Today after long wait when I saw my order was wrong, got no sorry no nothing. The girl was very... rude... A won't even look at anybody. Had 3 other guests waiting here and nobody even apologized or even bothered to talk ..Then I happen to look inside and nobody didn't see any body wearing masks or even gloves....I mean some people are vegetariansby religion or some are allergic...I am still waiting. Let's see what I get finally but totally disappointed by this ballantynelocation once again... And she brought me one new pizza out of 2. So I asked her if I'm supposed to pick the other one that'ssitting there cold she started getting rude and obnoxious with me then she started going in and I asked for manager she startedyelling inside and saying I'm being rude to her and she won't even let me speak to the manager this girl needs a good trainingin customer service and common courtesy finally the manager apologized and I just left the place. I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. I ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and a large pan with pepperoni, sausage,... green peppers, and onions. I also ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra sausage. After placing myorder, I received a call from the store saying that the delivery would be delayed by at least an hour. I changed my ordered topick up. I waited about 15 minutes before travelling to the location on Jon J Delaney Dr. When I got there, I was told that theywere sold out of large pans. I was offered 2 medium pans. I accepted and waited another 15-20 mintues. I requested that myorder be altered because I paid $62.39 for a order that included a tip and delivery fee. It was now a pick up order. When Ireturned to the store to pick up my order, I wasn't offered any alternatives to what I paid. In addition to overpaying for apick up order, my order was wrong. I am attaching a picture of what I received. The 2 pan pizzas were made with beef and ham. Iwanted pepperoni and sausage. I didn't have the time to go back in the store to as for it to be corrected. If there was a NEGATIVE 20 option, I would have given it! It's been over 90 minutes and at least 50 of those the "tracking app"... has told me my 'hot pizza is on the way'. I'm thinking not at this point! I TRIED to call the store directly to ask about myorder but was pushed into an endless loop of automated messages. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ... 0/10 FOR SURE. FUN FACT...they werevery quick to pull the money out of my account to deliver NOTHING!!! Read more

Update. Got through to the store, talked to the manager, Marcus, and he explained that he remembered making my order and... mentioned that it was likely delivered (by food delivery service-not through PizzaHut) accidentally to the wrong location andthat address. He was kind enough to give me a $15 voucher plus refund my money and was very nice. He totally changed my mind!This was my previous review: Unbelievable! I ordered a pizza last Friday and I?m still waiting! Got that text that says it?s onthe way. No refund, yet! Read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut in the USA! In general, Pizza Hut has a good product, but this particular Pizza Hut is stupendously... bad, when it comes to service. I ordered on line a pizza and bread sticks for delivery at 7:00pm. Within 15 minutes, I receiveda text that my order was out for delivery. two hours later, it still wasn't delivered. I called on the phone several times. Icalled six times. Twice , the call was answered, but they said they were only handling pick up orders; then they hung up on me.The other 4 calls were unanswered. Since I had already been charged $36, I drove to the Pizza Hut and asked for my pizza. Themulti-pierced, incompetent, employee opened the "warming" oven and gave me my pizza and breadsticks. She was very rude, andwould not give me her name. When I got home, the pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. They charged me $7 for the tip, eventhough I asked it be refunded. Probably because I'm old, I forgot that about a year ago, this exact same thing happened to me atthis same worthless pizza hut! Sorry Pizza Hut; you make good pizzas, but this Pizza Hut, on John J Delaney Dr, in Charlotte, NChas convinced me to avoid all Pizza Huts! Read more

Took 2 freaking hours to get an order placed through the app! They do not give a customer a heads-up that their order will take... 2 hours until AFTER the order has been placed! That's info a customer should have BEFORE they order! If I would have known itwas going take 2 hours, I would have gone somewhere else! This has happened a few times in the past & I am on my last nerve withPizza Hut! I am seriously considering NEVER ordering from them EVER again! Read more

Boy oh Boy, where to begin. I just called (noon) and the answering machine said they were closed. If it's closed for good I'm... not surprised. I've been here almost 20 years and haven't had a problem with this Pizza Hut location until after the Pandemic. The management staff has always been good and the delivery people where always exceptional up until a couple of months ago. Ittook almost 3 hours for a pizza to get delivered. The next time I had to get pizza delivered, I just broke down and gotDomino's. It's been sad watching this business go downhill. I guess all good things really do come to an end. Read more
