poor customer service. the Door dasher Juan Luis didn't even read the instructions on the order, and the order was half right.... Forgot about the 2 beverages, and when I called and asked if they can do something about it, whoever was on the phone at9:09pm, the response to correct felt very sharp in tone like I was offending him. After he said that it was being sent outagain, 37 minutes later and no delivery. where I reside, the establishment is only a mile and a half away. however, I am alsoshocked by the speed of a refund request. that would be a great thing to brag about, but alas.....NO REFUND AS I TYPE THIS. It'snot a big deal right now, but I will be there for opening tomorrow morning at 10am to speak with someone about this personally. Thanks for your time. Read more
Literally hours said open at 10 I placed my order at 10:45 got confirmation. Went to pick up my food at 11 only to come to a... locked door. Was told they were closed. I just think they need to work on customer service and wearing gloves and washing hands.. i ordered online walking in no one... acknowledged me I stood at the register waiting for someone to say something everyone pretty much just looked at me whilewaiting to be acknowledged I notice the guy packing peoples pizzas had no gloves on he was sweating and whipped his face withhis shirt in the middle of packing orders didn?t wash his hands I was disgusted, a lady walked in after me sat in the chairbehind me as I still waited the worked walks over and acknowledged her asking her what her ticket number was and gave her orderthan she finally asked me how can she help me and I told her my name she gave me my order. That young manager working there tonight ;alone, is a ROCKSTAR. Handling orders himself, which were a bunch of tickets. My... online order still was on time. He looked exhausted but still managed to put a smile on his face when greeting customers! HeDESERVES a raise and corporate NEEDS to find that store some employees. This is how people get burnt out.
