I don?t write reviews but I had to leave a 1 star after such terrible experience. 45 min wait for a drive thru order. If not... longer, I?m still waiting on my order. The workers are completely incompetent. Cursing and laughing at how slow they are. Peopleare losing their minds in the drive through line. Complete chaos. Don?t waste your time, go anywhere else. I don?t know if the store is the busiest on this side of the Atlantic Ocean or not but, after 6:00pm it?s pointless to even go... there because they ask you what you want then after telling them they say they only have dark meat chicken left. Atleast twice aweek I try to stop by this Popeyes on the way home and they are always out of sandwiches, tenders, nuggets, wings, andoccasionally breast! Twice a week and it doesn?t matter the day. This has to be the worst Popeyes I've been to. The employees there are rude and disrespectful. I have been here at least 3 times... and EVERY time my order is wrong, and this last time I had a piece of my chicken broken off. This place needs to be managedbetter or shut down. The wait in the drive-thru is never less than 10 mins. You won't have to worry about me going to thislocation again, it's atrocious!! I bought the dine for two meal. Five pieces of chicken. One breast one leg One Wing and two thighs. The two thighs were rotten... pieces of chicken. Got no eating utensils no straw no napkins and they had no hot sauce. I guess the supply truck never goesthere. I was absolutely annoyed. Awful drive through service! No sense of urgency and I was initially told to pull up for 3 minute wait and then another person... who was bringing out orders said it would be ANOTHER 3 minutes! What happened to the concept of FAST FOOD. So I had to leavebecause I had to get back to work with money spent on lunch that I didn't get to eat. Of course when I try to call to speak tosomeone nobody answers the phone. Lesson learned..... I won't EVER go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go unless youhave a half hour to wait for a sandwich during lunch! Read more

I love the chicken, but the service is so bad that I just have to stop going there. My order was right once, the first time I... went here, and not a single time since. I used the survey to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but in the weeksince no one has replied to my request to be contacted about the issues there. I will miss the chicken, but not the staff. Theyjust don't care. Read more

I visited Popeyes on 7/28/22 around 1:00pm. It was obvious several people were new and in training. They were having difficulty... working the order screen. The drink machine was out of ice. They were out of tea. I was inside for about 25 minutes to get atake out order. The sandwiches were good. The fries were not good (tasted old and very dry). They were out of coins, except forpennies. I had to get my change (about 30 cents in pennies). Having said all this, the employees were very polite and trying todo the best they could, very apologetic. I admire the fact they were trying so hard to do the best they could. I think they'regoing through employee turnover. I've had their take out before and it was very good. Based on what I saw (employees eager tolearn their jobs and the manager working very hard to advise the new employees), I'm sure in a short time this restaurant willbe excellent. I wish I could give zero stars. After waiting at least 15 minutes a young female took our order; got to the window and we were... being overcharged and didn?t get what my husband asked for. Checking his order he actually touched the chicken. She asked forthe box back; her coworker removed the chicken with tongs and I would love to believe he did not place it back in the rack but Ican?t confirm. This is not my first unprofessional experience here but it may be my last. At one point this location wastemporarily closed; it should be shut down permanently. Read more
